All Naruto heard for 5 minutes straight was Kenya laughing.
They were out training since tomorrow Kakashi was going to start training them. But that wasn't why Kenya was laughing. He was laughing because Naruto said Kakashi was going to take them on their very first D-Rank mission.
"What is so funny, Kenya-San?" Naruto asked for the hundredth time
"I am- hah! I am so sorry Naruto!" He said, laughing at the same time. "I just can't wait to see your face when you go on your first mission" at that Kenya chuckled before focussing all his attention on Naruto with a smile on his face.
"W-what? What do you mean by that?"
"Nothing."
".."
"Anyway, hurry up. I am taking you out shopping for more clothes and stuff" As he said that, Kenya walked by a nearby tree, sitting by it, and watched as Naruto limped to a different tree and do pull-ups while his clones did Fuinjutsu and chakra control.
After Naruto got a shower, they went to Kenya's store to get more clothes and weapons. Kenya had hired a few chunin and genin to run the store when he couldn't.
They got 3 different outfits and a katana for future lessons.

Naruto wore the third outfit, with the katana strapped to his back. He had his bracers on with it and a red bandage wrapped on his left leg with a white/grey kunai holder.
