The tension the three males currently held was immense. It was quite let's say, heavy and uncomfortable for Felix who was caught in the middle of it all.
Today was the day of the Ball that was previously talked about and well it was awkward. Because all three males at the same time asked Felix for a dance and Felix wasn't sure who to dance with.
"Uhm... I... uh... Jisung let's dance!" Felix exclaimed pulling his best friend who was standing next him to the dance floor.
The three other male looked confused and Jisung just laughed a little.
"How do I answer them?".Felix questioned as he began to dance with his best friend.
"Dance with Wooyoung first and Hyunjin last." Jisung told him.
"But, why Wooyoung first and why Hyunjin last? What was rhe reasoning for that order?" Felix questioned.
"Just dance with Hyunjin last." Jisung laughed twirling his best friend.
"Why him last?" Felix questioned.
"Just him last."
Felix decided not to question further. He just continued to enjoy his dance with his best friend.
"Sungie, I think someone wants to talk to you." Felix muttered as they stopped dancing.
Jisung turned looking in the direction his best friend was looking.
He saw Chan standing there with a gentle smile plastered on his face.
"Are you sure he wants to talk to me?" Jisung questioned.
"He hasn't taken his eyes off you the whole time we were dancing. He wants to talk to you." Felix smiled.
Jisung nodded walking over to the blond.
"Jisungie." Chan smiled.
"Did you want to talk to me?" Jisung questioned.
Chan bit his lip intaking a rather large breath.
"I haven't been fair to you. I've been sending you many mixed signals. But, I think that should end tonight. I truly like you and I have been denying it for a long time. For honestly, too long. It is honestly unfair to you how I have been acting.
I get jealous when you are with Jimin or any other suitor you have and I know it is wrong because I have yet to state whether or not I want to be in some kind of courtship with you. But, Han Jisung, I do. I want to do all that cheesy stuff and surprise you with a proposal." Chan smiled.
Jisung let out a small breath and looked to the floor.
"Chan... You... you are too late... Jimin he asked for my hand... I have yet to answer him but, to enter into yet another courtship when I already have a proposal..." Jisung spoke sadly.
The hearts of both males broke.
"Oh, uhm okay... I will leave then... I am sorry about this..." Chan smiled sadly turning and walking away from the squirrel-like male.
Jisung let out a shaky breath. Blinking a couple times, he wiped his eyes.
"I'm sorry..." Jisung mumbled to himself.
"So, why aren't you at tonight's Soiree.?" The ravenet asked the fox-like male.
"I am not out in society at the current moment. I am still sixteen. How about you? Aren't you eighteen?" Jeongin questioned.
