I went and gathered my things for my first period class, Biology, trying to forget what happened in the courtyard with Sorcha. As I was gathering my things, I felt two people smash me into my locker. Groaning, I shut my locker and turned to face the offenders, and saw no other then Trip and Craig, the resident trouble makers. The twins had both blond hair and blue eyes though Trip was larger and Craig was leaner and taller. Craig was much more reserved and played on the soccer team and Trip…well….he was a good, kind hearted person but can be the biggest asshole anyone has met if provoked. They were extremely mischievous and constantly pulled pranks on just about everyone. They were true friends even if I have been pranked more times than I can count.

“Hello boys.” I casually said, walking by them. They placed themselves where I was in the middle and we began to walk to class; they were both in my Biology class.

“Hello Anya. Did you see Marius this morning?” Trip asked.

“Yes, and it was quite a sight.” I admitted, trying hard not to laugh, but I snickered.

“You should have been there! It was awesome! The look on his face was priceless!” Craig said gleefully.

“And you left poor Oliver to defend himself?” I questioned. They both looked at each other. I smirked since I knew what was about to happen.

“You left Oliver?!” they both said at the same time.

“You were supposed to be with him, Trip!” Craig chastised Trip.

“Me? Since when did I suddenly become responsible? It was your idea!” Trip blamed Craig.

“Uh no, it wasn’t my idea, it was yours and I’m pretty sure that you said that you were going to make sure that Marius wasn’t going to kill him.”

“Pfffffffttttt. Marius is French, and they can’t even win a war let alone a fight.”

“Have you seen him when he’s angry?”

“No. What’s he gonna do? Stick a walking stick up his ass?”

“Dude, still. You ran off like a chicken.”

“Bullshit! I was like a brave person with some balls and stayed there, you, Craig, ran off like a little girl.”

“I didn’t scream like a girl. I was Courageous; do something brave and run like hell.”

“Courageous my ass.”

“Boys we’re here.” I interrupted since we had finally arrived at the classroom. I shook my head. Like them a lot, but they were a hand full. I sat down at my desk, which was next to the window and had a nice view. Everybody was talking amongst themselves. I looked outside and noticed that there was a bit of frost on the window, and for a moment I saw a flash of movement in the corner of the window.

“Alright, settle down class!” Mrs. Lizz, our teacher announced. She was a short woman with curly, bright red hair and observing green eyes. She had fair skin and a strong nose. She always wore a bright dress with a lab coat over it, and black heels. She reminded me of that teacher from a book series that I read about as a child. She was a sweet lady and extremely brilliant. However, she was crazy and somewhat was the stereotypical crazy scientist. Actually, she was Dr. Lizz but we just called her Mrs. Lizz.

“Now, today we will be continuing our lecture about ecosystems. Can anyone tell me which ecosystem does Frysta belong to?” She asked the class. Several students answered, but my mind wondered off.  Internally I frown at this. I made myself, several times to focus on the lesson, but my mind decided otherwise. I kept thinking about what happened with Linca and Sorcha. Was it the same boy? And then my mind made another connection….
