The Next Day, at Interpol...

Police Chief: "Well kid, ready for your first day here at Interpol?"

Royce: "What do I need to do?"

Police Chief: "We're going to make you a weapon. So what do you want? A pistol? Revolver?."

Royce: "No, no, no, no, no. I do my own weapon design. Not some flimsy handgun that only fires electricity to incapacitate those on the other end and is capable of blowing up a car."

Police Chief: "So you want something lethal?," the Police Chief questions Royce as he opens Interpol's Armory, "So what type of firepower are you looking for exactly? An Assault Rifle? Some specific handgun? Maybe a semi-automatic pistol? Machine-Pistol? How about a semi-auto sniper? Bolt-action perhaps? Sub-machine gun, it's good for close and personal combat. How about our Fragmentation Grenades? Watch out for flying metal-bits! Maybe you're the kind of person who doesn't like collateral-damage and prefer to take others in, and unharmed? We use Flash-bangs, Stun-grenades or Concussion-grenades. All of which are effective at what they are designed for." The Police Chief explained to Royce as he showed him around the Interpol Armory.

Royce: "Still no," Royce denied, still wanting to create his own personal firearm, "I want to make myself a weapon of my own choosing."

Police Chief: "Seriously? What are you going to use to make this new weapon you plan on making?"

Royce: "A controller. It can turn into a bow, a sub-machine-gun or be used as a basic handgun and is capable of using various ammunition types."

Police Chief: "A GAME CONTROLLER? Are you serious? A game controller as a weapon? That sounds ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous! There's no possible way to use a game controller as a weapon kid."

Hearing this from the Police Chief only made Royce sigh, knowing he was going to need to stand up and defend his idea of what he wanted to make.

Royce: "You have a limited imagination, Chief. Time to think outside the Armory. Do not underestimate my creativity."

Police Chief: "But why use a console controller as a weapon?"

Carmelita: "... Because Chief," Carmelita comes in barging into the Interpol Armory, "when the situation calls for a need to look the least suspicious as possible, using a (PS4) controller is the way to go."

Police Chief: "How? How does his controller work? I don't see it in any way possible for loading ammunition, no barrel, magazines, clips, nothing that spells firearm." The Police Chief says to his most-entrusted Inspector, "How is a criminal going to take him seriously in a chase when they see a toy?"

Royce: "Sir, if I may," Royce interjected, "this controller reveals its true forms when the situation calls for. It CAN turn into a pistol, a bow, a SMG, and even a rifle!"

Police Chief: "FINE. If you get killed in the Force, it's not on me, or the Department."

Royce: "Yeah, I understood," Royce replied, "It also make a good weapon to make others underestimate you before pull the finishing move on them. If they refuse or resist."

Carmelita: "Are you talking about Lethal Force, or Non-lethal Force?"

Royce: "Both. It's capable of using lethal and non-lethal force."

Porsche: "I may-be no firearms expert, but I think his idea is creative. Really good if you are undercover."

Police Chief: "Hmm... I can see your point Ms.Porsche. Alright boy, continue on with your tinkering. Talk to me when you are finished, understood?"

Royce: "YES SIR! Sir, I'm just about finished right now."

Porsche: "Don't worry, I support you." Porsche assured to Royce, "and I'm pretty sure Haley would want to see what you made, wouldn't she?"

Royce: "Does Haley like playing video games?"

Porsche: "She likes to play video-games that are human-made."

Royce: "What console? Or consoles does she have?"

Porsche: "A PS4. That's all she wanted for her 5th Birthday~ human-wise. That is."

Royce: "Well... guess she might like what I'm making then, huh? Any-who, the last ingredient: a drop of my blood..."

Porsche: "What? That is disgusting!! Why would you apply your own blood onto your controller-type weapon?"

Royce: "So that the weapon won't be turned against me."

Porsche: "Self-recognition, impressive."

Royce: "Hey Porsche, will you go and get the Police Chief? Tell him I got something 'interesting' to show him."

Porsche: "Alright..."

Meanwhile...

Police Chief: "Ah, such an intricate design. How much did it cost you?"

Royce: "A bit of my blood, that is all."

Police Chief: "That is disgusting. I am NOT ordering a mass production of this? Too dangerous!"

Royce: "Too dangerous my a**, I made this specifically just for me. Not for an international agency. Thank you." He said to the Police Chief before leaving the Interpol H.Q. and heading towards Porsches' car, only to be kidnapped by the Cooper Gang. "Carmelita, Porsche! Help! I'm being kidnapped," Royce yelled out loud as Carmelita dashed out the entrance and hopped into her police cruiser only to lose the kidnappers after a short chase through Paris.
