Personally: He is shy at first. He is very handy, he likes to build stuff and prefers to stay in the background to help make sure everyone is happy. He gets embarrassed when people thank and praise him but he's very thankful that he has friends whom he can help.
When arriving at the club he felt very out of place, Raphael saw this and sat, chatting with him. Raph explained who everyone was and that there was always something to help with. Franco is often seen helping Dana, hanging with Raph or in a corner building something.
