We got to my fave place, the smell of freshly made coffee wafting through the air made me smile. I swear since I've moved I've been in here almost everyday. I walked through with the boys and went to my favourite table. Although theres a sign that tells you to wait, but thats for new customers, if your me you get to go to you table.

As we all sat down, they looked around and gave me an aprooving nod. Pleased with myself a smug grin showed up on my face. The regular waiter came round and gave all the boys menus, and looked down at me, I guess he was surpised that I came here with actual people, I usually come on my own.

"The usual fried chicken and waffles?" Kyle the waiter asked me.

"Is that seriously a question your asking me?" I replied

"I'll go get the syrup" Kyle sighed and with that he was off to go find a bottle of maple syrup, leaving me with the boys who were staring at me like some kind of alien.

"Did that guy just say fried chicken and waffles?" James asked

"Oh I promise it's the best thing they serve here"

"But it sounds so random" Tris said

"Yeah I know, but you've just got to try it"

A couple minutes passed and pleasent small talk was shared as the boys figured out what they were having.

"What can I get for you guys?"

"I'll have the omelete please" Con said

"I'll have the same please" James said

"I'll have the same as well thanks" Tristan said

"I'll have the waffles with fried chicken please" Brad said staring at me until Kyle fled. "You promise that these don't taste rank"

"I promise their amazing" I said offering him my pinky finger to interlock his with. He smiled as our pinkies intertwined and I nodded with a grin on my face not willing to move.

"Why don't we play two truths one lie" Tristan suggested

"I'm up for that, but like me verse all you lot"

"Of course we know too much" James said in a slightly funny voice that made me giggle, hearing this, the rest of the boys turned to me with shocked faces.

"Is a girl not allowed to laugh around here"

"Not when it's sounds like that" Brad said with a cheeky smirk. God can he stop doing that, like seriously that smirk should be illegal, for everyone's sake.

"Alright Claire you go first" Con said, I quickly thought of two facts about myself and thought up one realistic lie.

"Okay......., My fave ice cream is Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough, I have a tattoo, and I have blue eyes" I blurted out the last bit, shutting my eyes quickly and turning around.

"Oh I see what you did there" Tris said, mocking me.

"Where abouts is this tattoo?" James asked

"My wrist" I said pulling down my sleeve to cover up any possible traces of ink.

"OH I KNOW" Brad practically screamed in the cafe.

"What do you think it is then" I said still facing away from them

"Well I know you've got a tattoo on your wrist, I saw it last night, you've got to like cookie dough ice cream cos who doesn't, except if your names James and your a health freak" Brad said rolling his eyes at James "So you probably don't have blue eyes"

"You sure"

"Positive" Brad said

I slowly turned around building up the intensity, and turned to face them revealing my bright blue eyes at them.

"Gottcha!!!!"

"BRAD" the boys screamed in defeat. I giggled even more.

"Aww you thought you were so clever" I said resting a hand on Brads shoulder, he sheepishly nodded in response.

"Then what's the lie then?"

"The tattoo" I said with a hint of mischief in my voice "But Brad you are right, you did see something last night" I lifted up my sleeve to reveal a little lightning strike on my wrist. "I draw this on my wrist everyday"

"YOU TRICKED ME" Brad cried like a child, I was laughing so hard at this guy, he couldn't help it but make me laugh at the way he looks when he pouts his lips like an upset child.

"Erm can I ask why you draw lightning on yourself everyday?" Connor asked curiously, I fought the instant urge to snap at him, after all it's not his fault. It's no ones fault.

Trashy music filled my ears as we drove through the darkness, roads with bends and curves could barely be seen in the dimmed car head lights. We'd been driving for ages, me and Dan. Dan, the boy who treated me like a princess, but teased me until I would tackle him. He was my best friend, he'd never do anything to hurt me, which is why the accident makes me so upset. We were driving, my feet up on the dashboard of the car. When suddenly the roads became blurry, I guessed it was the fog, soon we were incapable of seeing anything. He did his best to drive on the road, but seconds later we were far from it. My stomach hurled as the car tipped and went rolling down, down further and further. Then crash.

I woke to see a blinding light pouring on to my chest, the feeling of it must of woke me up. People scattered far around me, then rushing towards me. I sat up, leaning on my elbows. Hot blood ran down my face, and the pain kicked in. The memory of where I was flooded my mind. Dan. I searched for him, making my way on to my feet. It didn't take long for me to find him. Being placed into a body bag was my childhood friend, I screamed out for him, knowing it would do no use, my throat on fire, but I didn't care, all I cared about was my best friend, who I'd never see again. I was told later that the blinding light was lightning, and that it brought me back to life, that I was legally dead for an hour, which might sound crazy but it's the reason why I'm still here.

The boys looked at me wide eyed, anxiously waiting for an answer.

"If I told you I'd have to kill you"
