Third Person POV.

Tara didn't know why her palms felt sweaty, but it did. It was probably because she was nervous. Her father's will was to be read today. She looked at Dazzline who shot her an uneasy smile.

"The Lawyer's always here," Amelia announced as she walked back into the living room. Aunty Funmi hissed, obviously not pleased with Amelia and her family's presence.

Amelia glanced at Funmi, then looked away. Secretly, she wished that none of the properties will be given to Funmi.

The door bell ringed. "I think he's the one!" Funmi said and jumped to her feet. She hurriedly went to open the door.

"The law the law, Good afternoon. We've been expecting you!" Funmi said with a high pitched voice which irritated Dazzline. Though, Omotara never told her what happened the day their parents died, Dazzline already decided that she didn't like Aunty Funmi. Not one bit.

Aunty Alora and Uncle Ola were there. They weren't jumpy like aunty Funmi and Dazzline liked them for that.

Funmi led the lawyer in. The man had a scowl on his face as he greeted, "Good afternoon."

"Afternoon," All of them replied. He looked around and his eyes fell on the twins who were seating separately from the family and Genesis who was sleeping next to them in his cot.

"And you both must be Tara and Tamara. I suppose the baby is Genesis?" The lawyer asked. Tara nodded and his face broke into a smile.

"Great. Now let's get this started." He brought out a file, "On the 1st of May 20XX, Adefemi Adebayo came to my office and requested to do his will."

"Yes yes. Please go on," Funmi urged.

"I will make this quick because I have to be somewhere. So Femi let his furniture company and supermarket for his daughter, Tara Adebayo. The restaurant and the interior decor goes to Dazzline Adebayo. All this houses goes to his daughters and his son," he paused to see everyone's reaction. They all looked like they were relieved, except Funmi, who, of course, had a scowl on her face.

"As for the main business, which is the Oil companies all over Africa. I don't know if you guys were aware that Femi changed the name to GenesisOil recently. The company goes to Genesis Adebayo. And Genesis Hotels and Suites all over Africa also goes to Genesis Adebayo. I'll take my leave now," he turned to the twins, "Congratulations, you both are now the youngest billionaires all over the world. Although I'd advise you to start work immediately if you don't want the businesses to crumble. Amelia should take charge of Genesis's properties till he grows old enough to take over."

The twins and their family smiled in appreciation. Funmi opened her mouth to talk but Amelia beat her to it. "Lawyer, I'd like to sign that agreement that says I'd hand over Genesis's properties to him when he's eighteen."

"You're lucky I had considered that before I came here. The document is in my bag. Dazzline and Tara will also have to sign." He informed her and brought out the documents from his bag. He gave it to them with a pen.

Amelia collected it and signed where her name was. Dazzline and Tara did the same. "I'll bring the photocopies. The original stays with me. You'll have the photocopies," he told them. They nodded in agreement. Just as he stood up to leave, Funmi finally found her voice.

"Lawyer wait! Do you mean Femi didn't leave anything for his siblings and his mother at all?" She asked, getting up from her seat and went to block the Lawyer's path.

"He di...."

"As you can see, my father didn't leave anything for you," Dazzline interrupted coldly.

Funmi glared at her maliciously, "And who was talking to you? Hmm?" She demanded, eyeing the young girl. Dazzline rolled her eyes and leaned back on the chair.

"I won't let you disrespect me in my father's house, Aunty Funmi" she called Funmi's name with a disgusted tone.

"Your father is my brother Tamara! Watch your mouth!!" Funmi roared. Dazzline smirked, like she was enjoying the fact that Funmi was riled up.

"Well, sadly, your brother is dead and he left this house for my siblings and I, Aunty Funmi, so if you don't mind, please, get out of our house. We shall not entertain guests any longer," Tara replied her emotionlessly.

Funmi opened her mouth in embarrassment, "Are you sending me out of my brother's house?!"

"No. We're sending you out of our house. We didn't mean to be rude, Aunty Funmi, but we don't want any guests again. Please leave," Dazzline said, trying to sound as polite as possible.

"I can't believe this. Insolent children!" Funmi roared She took her bag and stormed out of the house. The lawyer gave a small nod and left the house.

Tara turned to her aunt and uncle, "Aunty Alora, Uncle Ola, I'd like you guys to leave now. We want to go home."

Alora gave an understanding smile. "The both of you should take care of yourself" said Ola. They both hugged them and left afterwards.
