i snuck to the kitchen quietly preparing to make Mia some Christmas dinner, i had a cute Santa Claus idea for pancakes and fruits, i think she will like it.
i was almost finished setting everything up, i looked over at the tree sighing at how hard it was to put it up, with Mia playing around me and trying to play with the ornaments. I gasped and quickly ran to the storage room pulling out a few gifts for Mia, and putting them under the tree.
that's when i put the food on the table and just as i was getting her drink ready i hear her whines coming down the hall,
" Mia? Come here love " i say as she appears from around the corner,
" good morning princess " i say kissing her forehead as she giggles and yawns, " you know what today is Mimi " i asks as she gasps, " kissmis " she smiles as i nod
she looks over and sees the presents on the floor and smirks, " i open dem daddy " she says as i shake my head,
" eat first " i say showing her the food as she squeals and quickly digs in

" is it yummy " i ask as her mouth is completely full, she muffled while nodding as i smiles.
i give her a drink and walk away to call my mother,
I've finally confessed to my mom that I'm now a caregiver to a hybrid of course i got the lecture of if my father ever found out blah blah blah
but she was supportive and said she'd love to meet mia, and especially spoil her. My mother was on her way with my older sister they both wanted to meet her and kept it a secret from my father,
He went out fishing with a few of his other friends and they were gonna have a " boys Christmas Day "
My mother wanted to cook for all of us and spend Christmas at my house.
