Chapter 2.

As I make my way through the doors of DaCarter Enterprise, everyone is dressed in expensive suits all looking sophicated typical Jason. I spot a secretary at a desk close by, I make my way to her. She's dressed in a grey pant suit and her bleached blond hair in a ponytail. She gives me a tight smile, I can tell she does this alot.
"Hi, Can I help you Miss ?" She says
"Yes please! I'm the new assistant for Mr Jason DaCarter" I say "Giselle" I add as I glance at her name on a tag pinned on her chest. "One moment please miss ?" She says, I remember I didn't give her my name "Miranda James" I add quickly. She scans her computer then looks up at me and smiles genuinely "take that elevator on your left and make your way to the 52nd floor, you'll meet Leanna Mr DaCater's old assistant she'll brief you on everything you need just before she leaves" she tells me
"Okay! Thank you so much" I smile and head to the elevator.
"Excuse me ?" I turn back "Yes Giselle" I say
"Welcome to DaCarter Enterprise" she says this time giving me a huge grin. I can already tell Giselle and I are gonna make fast friends. I return her grin.
Once I'm in the elevator, I silently thank sweet baby Jesus that I'm the only one on the lift, I take this time to gather myself and put myself in order. I hear the ding of the elevator and step out.
I make my way through the floor and spot an elderly looking woman in a black skirt suit I'm guessing this must be Leanna.
"You must be Miranda James, the new assistant welcome to DaCarter Enterprise" she says with a smile plastered on her face the whole time. I thank her and we heard straight to business, she briefs me on a few things shows me my office takes me round quickly. Its 10 minutes till Jason arrives when Leanna decides to take her leave.
"Btw Miranda, you look really familiar I can't seem to put my finger on it but oh well also Jason likes his coffee at 10:30. Goodbye now" she says and takes her leave. Oh I remember a lot of things about Jason especially how he likes his coffee black and strong. I remember what Leanna said early and I hope no one recognizes that I'm Jason DaCarter's ex-wife. I heard straight to my desk and wait for Jason to make an entrance.
