4 | Sorting

This was gonna be a good year. Raven usually didn't make assumptions, especially about school or the the future, but she could feel positively in her veins and bones. She was absolutely, unhexpectedly hexstatic.

She arrived in a large room with a bunch of mirrors. Inside the room were 7 people. One guy was short and had bright red hair, another was very tall, had some sort of animal ears, and had a tail of what look like a lions. There was also I guy with grey hair and glasses, and one with a very optimistic energy. The last thre were also very unique in features. One of them was one one of the most beautiful people Raven had ever seen, maybe just behind Apple, and the next was a man shorter than the redhead, with pink and black hair, was he even a teen? Finally, the last boy had pretty generic features, and didn't stand out much, he had a cute cat on his shoulder though. Raven then noticed between the breathtaking man and the child-looking boy was a floating tablet. She decided not to question it.

"Is everyone here?" asked the Headmaster. He turned to the child-looking boy. "Where's Malleus?"

"He isn't attending." Raven almost jumped back a bit, she didn't expect his voice to be that deep. "He was busy and didn't have his alarm on when you called the meeting, so, being the vice dorm leader, I came instead. I figured it would be better considering I attend more meetings than him anyways."

"Alright then, that's fine." Crowley then cleared his throat. "Everyone, I'd like you to meet Raven Queen!" Crowley stepped to the side, showing her off.

Everyone had a mixed reaction, but most were intrigued.

"You called us just so you can show of some herbivore? I was taking a nap.." said the guy with animal features.

"Wow!!! A girl!!! I never seen a girl here!!!" said the optimistic guy, who was bouncing up and down with hexcitement (it physically hurts me whenever I have to write the play on words).

"Raven is going to be a new student here at Night Raven College!" announced Crowley.

The red haired kid raised his hand. "Headmaster, isn't this an all boys school? Can she enroll here?"

"While this is a boys school," started the headmaster. "it's only due to tradition. Besides, she's already enrolled! I called you all for her sorting!"

All the dorm leaders seemed to understand. Crowley led her to in front of a huge mirror with a face on it. Raven gasped, "is this the original magic mirror!? I thought it went missing 600 years ago!"

"It didn't go missing, it was just taken to Twisted Wonderland." said Crowley.

"State thy name."

"Raven Queen." she said nervously.

The face in the mirror made a surprised expression.

"My my, you're the descendant of the Beautiful Queen, aren't you? Pomefiore!"

Everyone (minus Crowley) gasped. Then the boys immediately started talking.

"My my, things have gotten interesting!"

"The Beautiful Queen! What a bit of nobility."

"I wonder if she can help fund Mostro Lounge.."

"Don't tell be it's another snob..."

"She's like, a super care character in a Gacha game!"

"Wowie wow wow!!! We should celebrate with a party!!!"

"Woah.. that's so cool!"

"They would make a great servant!" said the cat, which shocked Raven the most.
