The pain continuously bolted through my entire body like an electric circuit or better yet like I was being electrocuted, Bolt after bolt. The sound of machines fill my ears and the smell of medication fills my nostrils as I try to take in some air while frustratingly trying to open my heavy eyelids, but to no avail. I try to move my body but it feels like dead weight, as it requires a lot of strength that I don't possess at this point, which leaves me to wonder where am I and what just happened. I try to talk but a groan is all I could manage to let out as I try to lift my hand and touch my head, but my hand itself doesn't seem to move much.

I hear voices in the far off end 2 men and a woman. The woman who's voice sound sorrowful and full of worry mumbles a while then says: "Doctor I swear I heard her groan and she tried to move her hand, you better do everything in your control to save my girl". Then she mumbles some more (that's probably my mother), one of the males in a very calm tone keeps repeating; "Yes, Yes I do understand that...." Then it clicked. I am in hospital, I try to scream or make movement of some sort but, no, I just couldn't move. I feel a tear roll down my check. I'm crying. A motionless, emotionless cry. The male in the calm tone continues speaking; "I'm going to move her to the private upper level, this is the 1st movement she's made in a week". I hear the 2nd male voice say; "I knew she would come around". I now feel a soft small hand touch my hand then squeeze it, then rubbing it gently while repeating "Don't worry baby mummy's here". I wanted to get up from where I lay and hug her and tell her; "I know you are here for me". I hear the second male voice say; "Can we take her home and treat her to personal doctor?", the first male voice which should be my doctor says; "The sooner she shows signs of recovery you can take her home. Let me get a nurse and the papers to sign, while I'm gone you keep talking to her, it's just a while till she comes around". The room fell quiet for a while. Oh the pain! I hear voices in a whisper in the background as someone jabs something into my arm that slowly goes numb. And the last words that I hear are; "No we don't know him...".
