Kim Mingyu, a simple simple man. Adored by everyone in his neighborhood and known to be the most loveable person around the school halls. A romantic man he is, Keeping his white rose in a glass container in his room, not wanting anyone to interrupt the peaceful flower. 

It was crazy, really. White flowers weren't as common, only a few given to people. It was usually red or pink. If you were gonna ask how they receive their flowers, As soon as you turn 8, you were expected to take care of a rose bush that will most likely to grow in the child's bed or room.

When Mingyu saw the white rose in the bush, he quickly told his mom about it. Receiving a worried look. Non of the family members dared to cut the bush. So ever since, it grew in Mingyu's shelf. It has stayed there, being well kept by him.

The white rose in the glass container was for him to bring around, roses change color as soon as faith made their decision on who will be with who. Mingyu saw it with his own eyes, his friends cherry red rose change to a deep black color. It was romantic as his friend confessed to his long time crush.

He was happy for Minghao, telling him that Minghao and Jun's roses turned black. Turned out destiny was on their favor "That story never gets old you know? I can't believe you two were ment to be" Mingyu said, adoring the two couple.

"I know! I'm glad we worked out to be honest" Minghao said, chuckling "You better go back to Seokmin before he whines you're third wheeling us again " Jun mentioned their other friend, who was most likely with the others "As if he isn't tagging along Soonyoung and Jihoon" Mingyu laughed

"I still don't get why those two hide their flowers, I always see the rose garden in Soonyoung's house all a crimson color" Minghao agreed with Jun "He's met his partner?! But how come it hasn't turned black yet?" Mingyu questioned Jun "I heard your roses turn a crimson color when you yourself have met your soulmate, Your roses have to be in the same room to turn jet-black" Jun explained

"I'll head out, see you two" Mingyu waved good bye to the two, making his way to their other group of friends "Ay Seokmin!" he called out for the latter who was talking to their professor "Kim, no yelling in the hallways" Their teacher scolded him

"Apologies Sir Park, Just wanted to tell Seokmin his rose turned teal" Mingyu said, pointing at Seokmin's rose "That's adorable Lee, your soulmate must be around" their teacher said "Sir Park, don't raise my hopes us please" Seokmin said, laughing along the teacher

"Better excuse myself before Professor Min blames you boys for making me late" Sir Park joked with them "See you later Sir" they both said, now heading to the student council room "First time bringing your rose here Min" Mingyu mentioned

"Yeah, I figured it'll turn once I'm at school" Seokmin smiled "Mr. vice president's love story is about to begin" Mingyu nudged the other, smiling at him "Oh shut up Gyu, you probably have papers to make" Seokmin said, hiding his red face.

"You two are here early" They heard a voice behind them, startling the two "Ay Hong! How's the events going?" Mingyu asked "Doing pretty well, other clubs still need their papers signed though" Mingyu turned around to face Seokmin again, spotting him shoving his poor delicate rose in his bag "You good Min?" Seokmin just nodded his head, Placing his bag under a table

"Seokmin has a black rose?" Jisoo asked, which shocked Mingyu "Your rose turned black when we were at the halls and you didn't tell me?!" Mingyu asked, still shocked "Y-yeah! I didn't want to disturb your story telling when we were walking" Seokmin reasoned
