Legends of Chima x Op Black wolf oc(because why not?)

Chi?

Simply staying around in the village moping wasn't going to figure out anything, and Amalthea knew that very well. The sun was beginning to rise after all, she should get going now so it's easy to see where she's going. She raised her nose up in the air and sniffed around for any unfamiliar scents. There was only one that stood out to her. It was sour, and made her feel lightheaded and sick. Amalthea was surprised at how intimidating the scent was. Wind picked up and made the scent less noticeable , "I should go now...... I will get to the bottom of this, no matter what the cost" 

The village had nothing for her to take, since everything was burnt. Luckily for her, she was a wolf, so she knew very well how to hunt. She wouldn't need to take anything. Her powers and skills were good enough. The dark furred girl walked through her village. The quiet began to seep into her soul and make her shiver. It was time.

Time to leave here.

~time skip of an hour~

The walk had tired her out a bit, but not enough for her to stop walking. Sunlight shined brightly through the treetops above her. Amalthea growled and shielded her violet eyes from the piercing light, "ugh, this is ridiculous" I don't even know where i a- Ack!"  she tripped over a large furry object and tumbled to the grassy floor. She groaned as she got up and shook the dirt off a her, "what in the" she turned around and saw a brown bear asleep on the ground. He snored in his sleep rather loudly and a flower next to his face nearly went straight into his nose every time he breathed in. 

Her violet eyes scrunched up in confusion as she stared at the snoring bear. He seemed pretty deep in sleep and Amalthea felt bad about waking him up but needed to know where she was. She kneeled down and poked him, "hello? bear?" she noticed he still wasn't waking up so she started to shake him lightly, "helloooo?" the snoring of the bear confirmed that he was still asleep. She groaned and rolled her eyes. This was going to be a pain in the ass. She had no idea how to wake up a sleeping bear. 

"uh, if you're trying to wake up bladvic , you can't do it like that"

A feminine voice made the wolf turn around to see an eagle right behind her, "oh, sorry. I've never met any other animals besides wolves before. I uh, grew up kind of isolated" Amalthea nervously said and the eagle raised a brow before folding her arms, "You're not going to cause trouble are you? I've never seen you before, but I'm not too certain you're not with Worriz" she said and Amalthea cocked her head in confusion, "Worriz? I've never head of him. I grew up in a pack a bit far away from here, so I'm not sure who that is" she answered and the eagle hummed and looked like she was thinking of something. The eagle then nodded her head, "okay I believe you, I've never seen you before anyway. Not with eyes like those" she pointed to the wolf's eyes, " my...eyes? what about them? my whole pack had purple eyes like mine" the wolf's response seemed to surprise the eagle. 

"Really? You must have lived pretty far away then, I've never seen anybody with purple eyes before, did you have any chi at all?" she asked with a worried expression ," how did you protect yourselves?" her feathers ruffled up a bit and Amalthea raised a brow, "What's chi?" she asked and the eagles gasped," You don't know what chi is?! How far away did you live?!" the eagle spread her wings and flew right up to Amalthea with a wonderous look on her face. The wolf shrugged, "I ran for about an hour, not that far away. I guess our pack leader just wanted to stay in solitude. We weren't a huge pack. There were only about twenty of us"

The words made the eagle raise a brow," were? did something happen?" her question made Amalthea frown," they were....... they're gone now. I'm trying to figure out what happened and the only lead I have is a really strange scent, but even that's not helping me very much" she sighed and the eagle stopped hovering in front of her and landed, "I...I'm so sorry, you really don't know what happened?" the wolf shook her head, "no, I was in the forest and I had just come back. It was... all burned to the ground. There are some things I could search more into, but I'm pretty lost" she said and the eagle nodded," I think I know somebody who can help, besides, a guy like this roaming around wouldn't be good for Chima, by the way, I'm Eris" 

The eagle seemed friendly enough so Amalthea decided to trust her, "I'm Amalthea but you can call me Thea, that's what my friends used to call me" she reached her hand out and Eris shook her hand, "nice to meet you Thea, let me bring you to someone I think can help. He should know about this guy anyway" she said and Amalthea nodded, "thank you Eris, who is this person anyway?" the she wolf asked and the eagle smiled, "he's the leader of the lion tribe, his name is Lagravis. The lion tribe has had a bit of a rocky relationship with the wolf tribe, so just stick with me okay?"

~time skip~

The large building had an intimidating yet regal feeling to it, "it's beautiful" Amalthea said and Eris giggled, "yeah, the lions are pretty cool, but so are the eagled you know" she said confidently as they walked up a big staircase leading to the opening of the lion temple. Amalthea laughed and then noticed the curious gazes of the lions guarding the opening door. They looked at Eris for an explanation, "this is Amalthea, she needs to speak with Lagravis, it's urgent" she said and the lions shrugged, "alright, but keep an eye on her" one said and the large lion door began to open, " let's go, Lagravis will know what to do" she said and flew into the temple. Amalthea nodded and followed after her. 

The room they walked into had an old looking lion talking to a young one. He seemed to be scolding the young lion, "hey Laval, what did you do this time?" Eris teased him and giggled. The young lion noticed her and looked surprised, "Eris? what are you doing here?" he then noticed Amalthea, "and why is there a wolf with you? did something happen?" he asked and the older wolf looked intrigued as well. Eris nodded, "yeah, Amalthea why don't you explain?"

~after explaining~ 

"Seriously?! No Chi?! you didn't have any?!" Laval shouted and a few lion workers looked over at the commotion, "no, I don't know why you seem so surprised, although I'm not too sure what this 'chi' is" she said and the boy's mouth was wide open in shock. The older lion hummed, "this is indeed very interesting" he turned to look at the two lions watching, "Longtooth, Leonitus, go alert the rest of the soldiers to extend patrols" he ordered and they nodded and ran off. Lagravis then turned to Amalthea, "I'm terribly sorry about what happened to you, and I wish you well, however" he put a hand on her shoulder, "it wouldn't be a good idea for you to go after this 'person' yourself, I couldn't bring myself to throw a child into something like this" his words made Amalthea roll her eyes, "I'm not a child, I'm seventeen" she grumbled and Eris smiled at her, "You're a year older than Laval and me" she mused and Laval groaned, "this whole situation is so confusing, why would anybody just attack a whole village like that, and why were you guys so isolated?" he asked and Lagravis nodded, "this is a good question, Amalthea, would you know why?" he took his hand off her shoulder as she thought about it," well, there is one thing..." she hummed , "the pack leader found me in the village when I was younger, he said it was pretty strange that I had the same eye color as them. There was a wolf who left the pack a while back, Falk, my teacher, told me he had something similar to the abilities I have. I think... I'm pretty sure he's my father. Falk said he was looking for something and that's why he left. I'm not sure what it was but he wouldn't tell me anything else. He kept everything a secret from me, and I think the pack leader knew as well... but it's all just a dead end"

Her words made the older lion squint his eyes, "abilities? what do you mean?" he asked and Amalthea looked around a bit before her eyes settled on a table not too far away. She pointed her hand in the table's direction and a violet glow surrounded it before it floated into the air. There were more than a few shocked gasps.

"yeah that... definitely has something to do with it" Laval said and an awed silence went through the room.
