Now to just learn the controls. They moved their left leg out to the side, their body moving to the right at the movement. Okay, left foot to go right, and they repeat but with the other side
and right foot to go left, kicking forward makes you go backward, and backwards is forward, the arms seem to do the same thing but it seems that helps for more precise turning.
After a minute of testing and getting a basic grasp of the controls and getting comfortable they wined their legs in kicking as hard as they could prepeling them forward around sixty-seventy miles per hour, Feeling the beating of the wind on their skin arms to the sides watching the land zoom past them, and enjoying the view of it all felt absolutely invigorating.
They flew straight forward ocasinaly kicking back to see how fast they could go, the sun shining at its peak, and clouds sprawled here and there. But after a minute on this straight journey they saw a person up ahead they were up in the air hovering on some sort of hover-bord clearly trying to maintain their balance. It appeared to be a girl and glowed a bright cyan blue all over, her skin, hair, and even clothes, black and glowing blue jumpsuit.
And the speeding flyer realized they were heading straight for her and had no idea how to stop, what a joy.
“Aah!”
Having no time to turn they quickly tried stopping but couldn't slow fast enough.
They knew they were going to collide so right before impact they outstretched their arms grabbing the girl with a “thump” before both of them spun wildly swirling around downward towards the ground before both landing on the ground safely. The flyer stumbled back raising a arm
“I'm so sorry!” He apologized and perked at his own voice as if not expecting it, surprised, his voice was masculine but also yet soft.
"What's going on, and why do I sound hot!?" He questions internally. The confusion of this whole situation is now hitting him like a brick wall, but descended to keep this confliction quiet.
“No no it's fine.” she affirmed, giving him a friendly smile
