Elena and Kol were sitting on the couch with Ella they were waiting on Hayley to come back with her daughter Andrea. They had went to see her when she had the baby but didn't stay for long.

Josie ran down the stairs folowed by Lizzie as they both went to open the door. They ran outside as Hayley got Andrea out of the car. They had heard a car pulled up and she was excited that they were finally back.

"Your back?" Lizzie really wanted to see the baby.

"Can we get in the house first." Hayley suggested she knew how happy they were to see the baby.

Both twins nodded as Hayley and Klaus walked in. Kol got up and went to help his brother bring in the bags.

While Hayley went and sat by her cousin."I hate the hospital." She never wanted to go back to the place she refused. But she was happy that she could that she had her baby born and that there were no complications with the birth.

"Everyone does but i will never do a home birth i need the epidural." Elena had to agree as much as she hated being in the hospital she didn't think that she would be able to survive doing a home birth she was sure that the pain would get to much for her.

"It was to late for me to get mine." Hayley would never do that again it was so painful.

Elena chuckled looking at Andrea she was surely a beautiful baby and nothing would change that."That must have hurt, i made sure to get mine. I guess that's your karma for teasing me when i was two weeks overdue." She was happy that Karma hit her but she was happy that her cousin was ok.

"You wanted your water to break." Hayley reminded she was happy that hers had broke earlier and she didn't get the chance to be overdue.

"Yeah i know what i wanted." Despite what she wanted she was happy that her baby had came and that she was doing alright."So how are you and Klaus doing?"

"Good i am happy." Hayley was content with her life she didn't want anything more.

"You better be after not telling me for months." Although she was kind of pissed that Hayley waited to long to tell her that she was dating Klaus Elena was happy that she had came around and told her in the end. "I should have not found out from Sarah and Jeremy."

"I didn't even know they knew." Hayley didn't get how Jeremy even found out.

"He works at the grill he is not stupid enough to lie to his sister." Elena was happy that her brother nor his girlfriend had tried to lie to her.

"Sarah is?"

"Sarah and I are friends." Elena was happy that after what Sarah and her had been through in the past that they were able to work through their differences and be friends.

"You weren't five years ago." Hayley teased Elena scoffed she knew what Hayley was trying to do and she would not let it get to her.

"Who wasn't what?" Josie asked sitting down with Lizzie she started tickling Ella.

"Nothing Jo Hayley is just teasing again. I have to go put her down welcome back home Hales." Elena got up adjusting Ella in her arms.

"I love you too." Elena shouted knowing that she just pissed her cousin off.

Elena went and layed Ella down in the nursery she grabbed the baby monitor and headed back downstairs where everyone else was including now her mother Alaric and the photographers. "If any of you wake up my child i will kill you all." She was not trying to put her back to sleep.

"So she hasn't been sleeping?" Isobel asked she knew that she rarley heard them cry they were really good at getting to her.

Kol shook his head he loved his daughter with all his heart and understands why she she didn't go to sleep she was a newborn. But he wished that Elena wouldn't freak and not go to sleep too.."No she has not been either of them. She refuses to go to sleep."

Elena scoffed going to sit next to Hayley she knew that she didn't like going to sleep cause she didn't want to sleep through Ella's cries."Thats not true he's a deep sleeper and he never hears her at least not in the middle of the night."

Kol went to sit next to her he knew that he slept through sometimes but not always."That is not always true."

She turned to look at him shaking her head.."Not always are we sure cause i am pretty sure that i was getting up in the middle of the night and your getting up in the morning. I always wake up to you tickling her."

Isobel got up and went to grab two gift bags handing one to Elena and one to Hayley."What is this?" Both girls were confused to what Isobel had just handed them.

Isobel took a breath she had planned a surprise and to do it at random but seeeng as they probably needed it right now. She was just going to give it to them."I was going to give it to you later but between you and Hayley arguing that neither of you get any sleep. Open it."

Elena and Hayley both opened it looking at eachother. They couldn't believe that she had actually did this for them."You didn't."

"You two and you two." She looked at Klaus and Kol."Are going to the Bahammas." They needed this trip they deserved it.

"Mom!" Josie and Lizzie shouted she couldn't believe that she was giving them a trip it was not fair.

Isobel shook her head at the twins she would do the same to them if they were in the same position."When the two of you have a baby then you can complain. Meanwhile its a week long i am watching Ella and Andrea."

"Are you sure?" Elena asked she knew that her daughter did not sleep unless you did it just right.,

"Plane leaves tomorrow at 3 i was going to give it to you after dinner i decided otherwise." They needed this she knew that they needed time where they could still actually be kids.

Hayley and Elena both got up and gave Isobel a hug,"Thank you." They were so happy about this.

Elena had finished packing she was sitting on the bed with a sleeping Ella when Kol walked in.

"You ok?" He knew that it was gofing to be hard for her to leave Ella.

"I don't want to leave her but i really want to go." She really wanted to go on this trip but she was scared of leaving her daughter for a week.

Kol went and sat next to her he knew that she didnt want to be away from her after waking up everyday and always having Ella." She will be ok? Your mother has raised your sisters and Hayley she can handle the two of them for a week. And you need this."

"I know," She layed her head on him rubbing her daughters hair.

"Want to set up the playpen in here." He knew that she didn't want Ella to be away from her right now.

She nodded slightly she really wanted her daughter near her."Can we."

He nodded getting up to set up the play pen he gently picked Ellla up laying her in it and a cover over her."She will be fine"

She nodded as he came and layed by her, She layed her head on his chest she was going to let his heartbeat lull her to sleep.

"Elena you need to get used to being away from her." He knew that she hated it but he also knew that they weren't going to always have her whether they liked it or not.

She nodded she wished that she could always have her baby. She couldn't believe everything that had changed since they had been back."I know i'm happy we had decided to come back after we found out."

"There our family they deserved to be around no matter how we felt." He knew that he couldn't do that to his siblings they had deserved to know their niece.

She looked up at him she was happy that he wouldn't let her go when she was 15. She was happy that he had come with her."Thank you for coming with me then,"

"I will never let you go anywhere alone." He held her close moments like this he never wanted to let her go.
