Bullied

Peter starts to notice bruises on your face, and catches flash bullying you while waiting to walk home with you after school.

I waited  outside by the back of the school, waiting for Peter to show up so we could walk home together. I told him to meet me by the west entrance instead of our usual spot, which he found odd, and asked what the reason was. After all, it was further away from our apartments than the front of the school. I only shrugged and said, "I don't know, it's just so crowded by the front after class ends." He gave me a suspicious look before nodding and heading to his next class.

The real reason was because Flash had been finding me in the halls and following me out, where he and his friends proceeded to torment me to no end. I had hidden a few bruises on my arms and face with makeup and concealer as not to worry Peter, or my parents. I just didn't want anyone to know, if my parents did they would report it, and that would only make matters worse for me. And if Peter knew? Well Flash had stopped picking on him a few months ago, but I didn't want that to start up again.

I adjusted my backpack as I waited by the dumpster about fifty feet from the exit, nervously looking around for Peter to show up. Checking my phone, I noticed he was five minutes late. Let's just hope Flash didn't get smart and think to look for me back here.

— Peter's POV—

I walked briskly out the door of my eighth hour class, calling back to my teacher that I had somewhere to be and that I was already late.

"Alright Parker, we'll talk about this tomorrow." He looked back down at his computer as I rushed through the halls.

Y/N had been acting weird lately, and I guess they thought I wouldn't be able to notice, but I did. They'd been acting more anxious than usual in class, and was always in a hurry to leave the school grounds. Today they told me to meet them by the other exit, which was yet another red flag. Today I could've sworn I saw a little bit of reddish-purple underneath their left eye. When I asked, they only said that they were eye bags.

I didn't bother stopping by the glass case as I dodged mingling students and teenagers, all grouped up in circles in the middle of the damn hallway.

"Jesus-" I muttered as I squeezed in between two different groups of people talking loudly and laughing at each other.

Finally, I made it to the exit, and I opened the door, looking around to see where they could be. My eyes stopped as I saw them looking at their phone. They put it back in their pocket before looking up at the sky, visibly sighing.

I smiled softly before picking up my camera. They hadn't noticed me yet, so I held the lease up to my eye before taking a few shots. I zoomed in, blurring the background and focusing on their face, still looking up at the clouds. I lowered my camera, smiling at the photos as I scrolled through them and began to walk over.

I froze and looked up as I heard someone call their name. Turning to the source of the noise, I saw Flash walking over.

—Your POV—

I groaned before turning around, already recognizing the voice I heard behind me.

"God, what is it now, Flash? What is SO important that it can't wait till tomorrow." I crossed my arms, trying my best to look annoyed when in reality I was not looking forward to what was coming for me.

"Don't play dumb! You really thought I wouldn't figure out where you were?" He was almost in front of me now.

"I'm sorry, I guess I just didn't expect you to, considering the amount of brain cells you have. But I guess you'd put more effort into making my life miserable than focusing on your grades. You made that pretty obvious in class today. And every other day this week. And every other day we've ever been in schoo-" I stopped talking immediately now that he was standing right in front of me, looking pissed off. At least I got to get a few words in before he could do anything. Usually he sneaks up right behind me and then I find myself on the ground.
