(this chapter contains consensual slapping)
Eyes dance across the room as we all sit down. Mia insisted on us having a 'family meeting' at her place. I never realized how much pink she has in here. Everywhere I look it's pink, her plates, pink, her pillows, pink.
It seems like both Leo and I have no idea what is happening by to looks on our faces as we watch Noah no and sit next to Mia on the couch. His hand holds her knee rubbing it slowly. I have a feeling I know why we are here.
"So we wanna be upfront with you guys but you have to bear with us." She says looking at me with a stern look, I hold in a laugh as she says the next part. "Noah and I art trying things out again, I know it didn't work last time but if we are bigger people like I would like to think we are then we won't need you as much as I think we will"
She takes a breath looking at Leo and her face calms a little bit.
"We are moving in together and we need your help before you leave for Dallas, and you to where ever you disappear to on the holidays." she shakes her head at me then looks at Leo with pure confusion.
I have no idea what she's talking about but I'll surely try to figure it out once we leave cause I know I won't be able to leave it alone. I'm just not that kind of person.
"Are you guys sure that this is a good idea? This is a big step your version 'trying things out' are you sure living together really what you need?" Leo gets weird looks from both Mia and Noah but they aren't mad they are understanding.
" It probably isn't the smartest idea but if we don't do something then we might lose something that we should have tried harder for, so why not dive into the deep end?" Noah explains.
I love that they are fighting for what they want but at the same time, I'm also scared. In the time since I've met Mia, I've noticed how she likes to dance on the knifes blade. One day she's crying about failing a class then the next we are dragging someone out of her bed in the morning. She's not exactly one for commitment.
"Hey, you guys I'm sorry to leave so fast but I have to pack, or I'm going to forget before Wednesday, no hard feelings?" I pleaded walking toward the door.
"Of course do your thing, is noon tomorrow good for you?"
"Yep sounds good" I rushed out the door and I wasn't down the hallway before I heard the door open and heard Leo's voice. "I don't know, I'll figure it out, see you tomorrow" followed by loud fast footsteps behind me.
He didn't say anything walking out of the building. He just walked alongside me as I counted on my fingers all the way to his car. We both sat down in our seats, he didn't start the car he just sat there waiting for me to say something. I didn't say anything till we got back to his place.
"Do you think this is a good idea?"
"Well, they are soulmates one way or another-" he begins.
"I mean this, us. Is it really a good idea." I turned over at him with worried eyes "I'm just not sure it feels right"
He hangs up his coat by the door and slowly makes his way over to me. He doesn't answer me he just grabs both sides of my face and pulls it into his.
"Tell me this doesn't feel good" it wasn't a question, it was a command. But I wasn't going to say it, I wasn't going to obey.
"I can't," I say against his lips.
He lifts me up making me wrap my legs around his waist. With one hand holding my neck and one under my ass he walks us to his bedroom. Shutting the door he presses me against is grinding against me, feeling his bulge against me makes me moan against his lips.
