Morning couldn't come fast enough for Orion, Canis and Aurora. They debated about the list of hiphop artists Trey provided at aunt Sara's house until the sun came up. Aurora didn't tell her brothers what happend at the park the night before. The tension between them made her feel like it wasn't a good time to share. Whatever people they selected had to bring their mission to success. The siblings would have to make it clear to whoever they worked with the importance of their message.

Canis crunched on his cereal while Orion drew back the curtians of the window in the kitchen. An elderly woman shuffled up the street rolling a cart with groceries. He reminisced on Annie's hands on his face feeling the curves of his features. He also remembered the way her skin smelled of vulnerability and affection even though her affection was for his brother. Her energy held a certain kindness that he didn't want to admit he needed.

Their discussion ended when Canis finished his breakfast. Orion didn't tell his twin what he felt about the blind woman. He did his best to block out the feelings he had about her touching him. Guilt isn't an emotion that a demi-god develops when they interact with species that don't have their powers, but he did feel something that was new.

Just as they were leaving to go back to Jazzy's studio, Aurora's phone rang. Mr. Marcus from XL Capital records wanted them to meet the shareholders. Since they'd already accepted the money and signed their contract, Mr. Marcus wanted them to offer a little showcase so investors could see where their money was going.

"Next weekend? A sample of the music?" Aurora repeated everything the man said. "Meet with the staff to plan the concerts?" She put the phone on speaker so her brothers could hear their conversation. Canis rubbed his hands together excitedly. Orion cracked a tiny smile. They turned toward their sister who'd frozen in place. When she finished the call, the pressure was on.

"We've performed since we've been created. There's nothing to be nervous about." Orion assured his anxious sister.

"That's not what I'm worried about. We all felt something evil at the record label. What if it's a set up? We are going to create global concerts while Lucy and her minions are out there ready to destroy us. They could infiltrate the concerts and mess up everything. Look what happened at that protest."

She spoke so fast that the twins couldn't get a word in. "Calm down. We know what we need to do. No matter what happens, we stick to the plan."

Jazzy waited for them inside the studio. The way her lips were pinched together made them think they were in trouble. Canis hoped that Annie didn't reveal to her sister about the almost kiss that occurred in their kitchen.

"The streets are talking. The police arrested a group of people they think were shooting at the rally. The news reported that what happened at the mall is kicking up protests worldwide. There's a candle light vigil for all those who died at the protest tonight back at the mall. And, my phone hasn't stopped ringing about people wanting to rent the studio."

"We paid for our studio time," Orion complained.

"You need to relax. I got you on the studio time, you got your spot, but what I'm tryin to tell you is the streets are talking. Your faces are everywhere. You're trending right now. The streets say you're all heroes."

Aurora and Canis asked her exactly what she meant. Aurora hung her head down. She didn't feel like a hero when she couldn't save Drea. Jazzy replied that they needed to capitalize on their newly found celebrity status. She'd explained that she'd listened to the tracks they worked on.

"It's missing something. This morning Annie and I came in here and listened to your music. It's aight but it needs something." Canis rubbed the patch of hair on his chin. He watched Annie moving around the studio dusting off the area between the equipment. Orion laughed off Jazzy's comment.
