Road trip (s.g)

Y/n's pov
We were all putting our stuff in the car for the road trip, after we got done we all got in and started driving. Colby started filming and explained what we were doing
Colby: also if you couldn't tell I made my sister come with us because she has no life
Sam: yeah, that's exactly why she has no friends!
He laughed I rolled my eyes and faked laughed. Colby turned off the camera the rest of the ride Sam and I kept fighting.
Colby: that's it! both of you be quiet! I can't take your bickering anymore, the next hotel we see, we're stopping for the rest of the night!
I crossed my arms but listened knowing he'd get pissed if we kept talking, Sam rolled his eyes but shut up eventually.
~skip to when they get to the hotel~
We got out and grabbed our stuff, we walked inside and walked to the front desk. We got our keys after checking in.
Colby: okay me and Jake are sharing a room and you and Sam are sharing one.
I sighed and nodded, knowing there was no point in arguing. Sam rolled his eyes and walked off towards our room while mumbling to himself.
Sam: *mumbles* great.. I get stuck with this loser of a loner?!
I watched as he walked away as I took the key from Colby. I had followed behind Sam towards the room. As we walked in we saw there was only one bed.
Y/n: are you kidding me?!
Sam: I call dibs on the floor because there is NO way in hell that I'm sharing a bed with a loser. Especially not you.
Y/n: *rolls her eyes* whatever just stay away from me.
We set our stuff down Sam sat on the floor and turned on the tv, while I laid on the bed.
~a few hours later~
Hours have passed we haven't said anything to each other since we got here. I got up and went to the bathroom to get changed. I got ready for bed and left the bathroom. I noticed Sam was now l laying on the hard floor with just a blanket over him, with his head propped up watching tv. I got into bed and turned the lamp off. I looked at him and worked up the courage to at least say something.
Y/n: *mumbles* night Sam.
He just ignored me as I expected. I turned my back to him and slowly fell asleep.
~later that night~
Sam's pov
I woke up and grab my phone groaning quietly at the brightness, after my eyes adjusted I saw it was one in the morning. I sighed and put my phone down and tried going back to sleep but couldn't get comfortable. I looked up at her sleeping peacefully. If I was being honest I hated being mean to her. It wasn't even my idea it was Jakes. I got up to use the bathroom, as I walking towards the bathroom I stubbed my toe. I groaned quite loudly and covered my mouth, looking over at her immediately to see if she woke up.
Y/n's pov
I woke up to a semi loud thud and groan, I rubbed my eyes letting them adjust to the darkness. As I looked over towards where the noise came from, I saw Sam standing there staring at me.
Y/n: *says quietly* what are you doing up? What time is it?
Sam: *goes to her and whispers* I'm sorry I didn't mean to wake you, I had to go to the bathroom and stubbed my toe on the chair.
Y/n: *nods* are you okay?
Sam: I'm fine don't worry, go back to sleep. Again I'm sorry for waking you.
Y/n: *nods and mumbles* night
Sam: night Y/n.
I tried to fall back asleep as he went to the bathroom. I sighed and laid there staring at the ceiling, as I couldn't fall back asleep. Sam came back and laid back down on the floor. I looked over at him.
Y/n: uh if you want to be more comfortable *pauses* you're um welcome to have the other side. I don't mind.
He doesn't say anything but thinks about it. After a few minutes go by. I watched him get in beside me. I smiled softly, and turned the other way so my back was facing his.
Sam's pov
After a few minutes I thought she had fallen asleep. I turned to face her back, she's the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. I moved a little closer and kissed her cheek softly and whispered in her ear.
Sam: *whispers* I'm sorry for all things I've done to hurt you, none of the things I said were true.
She didn't answer so I knew she was definitely asleep. I turned away and closed my eyes.
Y/n: *whispers* I'm not gonna say it's okay and just forgive you that easily Sam, but I appreciate the apology and maybe you can gain my respect back.
I looked at her and to my surprise she was staring right back at me.
Sam: *whispers* I promise I will make it up to you. It may not be today, or tomorrow but it will happen.
She smiled softly and moved closer.
Y/n: *whispers* I know you will. You aren't that cold hearted.
I smiled and moved closer as I wrapped my arms around her waist.
Y/n: *whispers* wonder what Colby would think of this
I laughed quietly and whispered.
Sam: *whispers* he'd definitely kill me if he saw us right now
She giggled quietly and looked at me.
Y/n: *whispers* and he'd kill me for this.
I looked at her confused, she then kissed me. I was shocked but immediately regained my confidence and kissed back. The kiss felt like an eternity, when in reality was only five seconds. She slowly pulled away and looked at me.
Sam: *whispers* yeah he'd definitely kill you for that *chuckles quietly*
She giggled quietly and kissed my cheek as she laid her head on my chest. I smiled and kissed her head we both fell asleep with our arms wrapped around each other enjoying the others presence.

Hey! Long time no see. As you can tell I rewrote this, it needed a little work as I was pretty much brand new to writing. It was also over a year ago since I wrote this. Anyway I'm rambling now but I hope you enjoyed the rewrite of this, and I will most likely be rewriting the other ones so be on the look out for that
