Y/n's pov
My friends and I were at the mall, we hadn't hung out in awhile since we've all been busy lately. But I've been feeling a little down ever since I found my now ex boyfriend cheating on me, with one of my so called best friends, so we decided to plan a girls day today.
Emerson: hey y/n how'd your date go last night
Ivy: wait you had a date last night
Willow: What about Corey
Y/n: *sighs* we've been over this Corey and I are done. We're never getting back together, he cheated on me and I never wanna see him again.
Ivy: but you guys were soulmates!
Willow: Ivy's right, you two were made for each other!
Emerson: Guys stop it just happened a month ago! She's still trying to get over him.
Ivy: I'm sorry y/n.
Willow: yeah we're sorry, we didn't mean to make you upset.
Y/n: it's alright let's not talk about it anymore.
We all nodded and went back to looking at stuff. I happened to look over at a group of guys, they were practically looking at me and my friends. They all looked familiar, I soon realized it was Corey and his friends.
Corey's pov
My friends and I were out at the mall, we decided to have some fun before having to film a video.
Sam: so Corey how are you and Scarlett doing?
Colby: yeah haven't you two been dating for 3 months?
Corey: oh um yeah we're good.
Jake: he probably misses y/n!
Colby: *chuckles* probably, I know I would she was hella hot! But also very kind and pretty.
Corey: no I don't! She obviously didn't love me anymore.
Sam: so you cheated on her? *rolls his eyes* That's smart.
Colby: pretty stupid thing to do Corey.
Corey: just shut up! I don't wanna talk about her anymore, it's in the past and I'm done with her.
I was getting pretty annoyed, not just because they kept talking about her. But also how Colby called her hot, I mean yeah I cheated on her and maybe I did miss her a little and maybe I am a little jealous, but I'm with Scarlet. even though our relationship has been a little rocky lately, we still made it work. I noticed my friends looking over at someting, I decided to see what caught their attention. I saw they were looking at a group of girls, one of them was looking back at them, they all looked very familiar. My heart stopped when I noticed it was Y/n and her friends.
Corey: um I'll be back.
Sam: where are you going?
Corey: uh no where.
I started walking over ignoring all my friends questions.
Jake: dude what the hell are you doing??
Colby: what the fuck? Why are you walking over to those girls?
Sam's pov
We watched as he walked over to the four girls, he started talking to them like he knew them. That's when we realized it was his ex.
Jake: oh shit!
Colby: what??
Sam: that's Y/n and her friends!!
Colby: oh fuck! What the hell is he doing?
Jake: I don't know, but it looks like Emerson is pretty pissed.
Colby: *laughs* she never really liked him anyway.
Sam: she was the only one who didn't like him *laughs*
Jake: Ivy, Willow, and Emerson walked away wonder what Corey and Y/n are talking about.
Colby: we'll figure it out soon enough.
We all nodded in agreement, we watched as they continued talking. Corey came running back over smiling like an idiot, we looked at him confused.
Jake: soo what happened?
Corey: I got a date!!
Colby: no fucking way dude!
Sam: she actually agreed on a date? Are you sure she knows it's with you??
Jake, Colby, and I all started laughing he pushed us away playfully and rolled his eyes.
Corey: fuck off dude *laughs*
Y/n's pov
I watched as he walked over towards us, the girls immediately moved closer to me. He stood in front of us, it was like he was waiting for one of us to speak first. Emerson was getting pretty annoyed from him standing there not saying a word.
Emerson: *looks at Corey* what the hell do you want scherer
Corey: hey Emmie *fake smiles*
Emerson: *rolls her eyes* go away none of us want to see you.
Corey: *chuckles* whatever Emmie
Emerson: stop calling me that!!
Corey: oh right I forot only your little boyfriend can call you that.
Emerson: he's not my fucking boyfriend Corey!
Ivy: Em come on let's leave them alone and let them talk
Willow: *nods* yeah come on Em you need to calm down.
Emerson: fine but don't do anything to her
Corey: *rolls his eyes* yes ma'am
Emerson: *rolls her eyes and walks away with the other girls*
Y/n: what do you want Corey?
Corey: I just wanted to see how you were doing.
Y/n: *crosses her arms* what do you actually want Corey
Corey: *sighs* I miss you Y/n.
Y/n: *laughs* you cheated on me Corey. You left me. Now all of a sudden you miss me I'm not an idiot Corey, you just want to get back together and then a month later you're gonna do the same exact thing. I'm not letting that happen again!
Corey: I promise that won't happen this time Y/n/n!
Y/n: how can I trust you Corey. I mean your still dating Scarlett!
Corey: I'll break up with her and I'll prove to you that I've changed.
Y/n: *sighs* alright break up with her and maybe we can go out for dinner or something.
Corey: *smiles* okay you won't regret this!
Y/n: *mumbles* I hope not.
He then kissed my cheek and ran back to his friends, if I was being honest I did miss him. It felt weird going on dates with other people that weren't him. The girls eventually came back over, I told them what happened Em wasn't too thrilled.
Corey's pov
I was over the moon that she's giving me another chance, I can't fuck it up again this time! I kissed her cheek and ran back to the guys.
Sam: Why did you go over there? I'm shocked Emerson didn't kill you right then and there *laughs*
Corey: honestly me too! I so thought she was gonna attack or something.
Colby: she's not a rabid animal Corey! *laughs*
Jake: okay okay enough with the chit chat! I need to know what the fuck happened between you and Y/n!
Corey: well after she said she didn't trust me, I promised I'd change for her and dump Scarlett she agreed to maybe go on a date with me!
Colby: no fucking way dude!
Sam: she actually agreed on a date? Are you sure she knows it's with you??
Jake, Colby, and I all started laughing he pushed us away playfully and rolled his eyes.
Corey: fuck off dude *laughs*
Colby: can we be honest for a second?
Corey: um sure?
Sam: we all hated scarlett she's such bitch!
Corey: why didn't you guys tell me??
Jake: we didn't wanna to ruin anything. You seemed pretty happy with her in the beginning!
Corey: well she won't be around much longer and hopefully Y/n will be back.
Colby: good and I hope so then I might have a shot with Emerson
Sam: how many times do I gotta tell you she doesn't want you man.
Jake: oh she definitely wants him!
Corey: she does! When I called you her boyfriend she started blushing like fucking crazy man!
Colby: told you! Pay up!!
Sam: *groans* why did I make that bet with you *hands him twenty dollars*
Jake: hey! Why wasn't I in on the bet!
Colby: oops?
Sam: sorry! *laughs*
Corey: alright enough messing around let's go home and film. *laughs*
~They go home and film the video~
Once we finished filming I texted Scarlett telling her I was on my way to her house, I then got ready and went downstairs to everyone.
Corey: alright I'm leaving I'll see you guys later.
Sam: alright bye be safe!
Kat: be safe and don't forget to be gentle! Don't break her heart.
Corey: I won't I promise!
Tara: bye Corey.
I walked out to my car and got in, I then made my way over to Scarlett's house, after a few minutes I got there and parked. I sat in my car for a few moments thinking of what I was going to say, after I worked up the courage I got out of my car and walked inside the house. I looked around not seeing her.
Corey: Scarlett I'm here!
I continued to look around when I heard moaning coming from upstairs, I felt a mix of emotions as I ran upstairs to her room. I walked in seeing her and her best friend Asher having sex.
Corey: what the fuck Scarlett!
Scarlett: u-uh it's not what it looks like Corey I swear
Corey: I don't wanna fucking hear it! We're over Scarlett.
I walked downstairs as she followed behind trying to explain herself, I continued to ignore as I walked out the door. I walked to my car and got in, I immediately drove home. After awile I arived home, I pulled into the driveway and parked. I turned off my car and got and walked inside.
Sam: *looks at him* did you do it?
Corey: Kinda.
Kat: what do you mean
Corey: she was having sex with Asher when I got there.
Tara: oh my god! Seriously??
Corey: yeah but it's whatever I knew she'd cheat at some point.
Colby: we'd rather you be with Y/n anyway.
Jake: *nods* she's way better than Scarlett
Sam: yeah jakes right
Colby: for once
Tara: Colby *hits him playfully*
Corey: *laughs* I'll call Y/n tomorrow and ask her out
We all decided to watch a movie before heading off to bed.
~Next day~
I woke up and grabbed my phone, lookking at the time was nine thirty I texted Y/n tellinger I'd be there in an hour. I got up to take a shower and get ready, after I finished I looked at the time it read ten o'clock, I ran downstairs and put on my shoes.
Colby: damn you look nice!
Sam: for once *laughs*
Kat: Sam!!
Corey: *rolls his eyes* oh fuck off! *laughs*
Tara: go we don't want you to be late!
I nodded and said bye to everyone, I walked out to my car and got in. Before picking her up I drove to the store and got her, her favorite flowers. I got back to my car when I saw the time eleven o'clock, fuck I'm late! I practically speed to her house, I knew she was gonna be pissed at me.
Y/n's pov
I woke up to a text from Corey saying he was picking me up in an hour, I smiled softly and got up to take shower and get dressed. I did my hair and some light makeup. I walked downstairs and put on my shoes, I sat on the couch and waited for Corey. I kept checking the time and saw it was already elevan o'clock, I sighed I knew I shouldn't have trusted him. I continued to wait for him when I looked at the time it was elevan thirty, I started to go back upstairs when I heard a knock. I rolled my eyes and went over to the door to open it, I looked Corey he looked apologetic.
Corey: I am so so sorry I'm late Y/n!
Y/n: let me guess you hooked up with another girl last night and couldn't get away *crosses her arms*
Corey: no I swear! I was on time but then I wanted to get you these *hands her her favorite flowers*
Y/n: o-oh thank you. *smiles a little* I'm sorry for assuming.
corey: it's okay I understand why.
I nodded and took the flowers to the kitchen, I grabbed a vase and put some water in it and carefully placed the flowers inside, I went back to him. He grabbed my hand leading me to his car, He opened the door for me and helped me inside, I thanked him as he smiled and closed the door. He got in the driver side, he started driving somewhere.
Y/n: so where are we going?
Corey: it's a surprise.
Y/n: you know I hate surprises. *looks at him*
Corey: yeah I know *smiles innocently and chuckles*
Y/n: *rolls her eyes playfully* I hate you *giggles*
Corey: nah you love me *laughs*
Y/n: yeah I guess *smiles*
The car finally came to a stop whenI saw we were at the beach, he got out and walked over to my side opening the door for me. I smiled thanking him and got out, we walked towards the sand when I noticed he had a beautiful date planned. He had a blanket with a picnic basket full of all my favorite foods, I smiled big as we both sat down and ate. We talked about everything that happened between us and whatever else came to mind. We stayed there for a few hours just catching up.
Corey: hey y/n/n.
Y/n: um yeah? *looks at him*
Corey: will you be my girlfriend?
Y/n: I would love to!
He smiled and pulled me closer and kissed me. I wrapped my arms around his neck as I kissed back, it felt like the kiss lasted an eternity. We slowly pulled away smilling like idiots, we stayed there the rest of the day talking and having fun.
