(mias pov)

I wake up to my alarm going off. ughhh "I dont wanna wake up" I groan, but then I remember todays my first day at Oscorps. I start to get dressed and do my makeup. once I'm done with that I head downstairs. "hey aren't you going to eat something?" i hear my mom ask ,"no I'll probably get something along the way, anyway bye mom" I reassure her. once I'm out the door I get into my car.

few minutes later

"jeez why was it so hard to find parking here" I say to myself, while closing my car door , I start to head  into Oscorps. I feel eyes on me so I turn back and see nothing, everyones minding there own businnes ,"weird" I say to myself. once I'm in, I scan my badge and head to the elevators . oh shit it closing.

"hey ,hey can you hold that for me?" I ask ,"I got it" I hear a man say. " omg thank you ,you're a life savior, oh hi Gwen nice to see you" I say. "Mia weird to see you here" Gwen says (clearly being sarcastic . okay here's the thing me and Gwen used to be very close until she started dating a jock named flash. also Peter used to like her, not that i'm jealous or anything. "what floor please?" I hear the elevator ask "I got it, what is it ?" the man asks nicely. "63" me and gwen say at the same time. she rolls her eyes [I know Gwen would never be like this its just for the story]

"63" the man says to the elevator "um I'm max" max introduces himself, " hi max ,I'm Mia jones" I say nicely "i'm Gwen".  "is it your birthday?" I ask, "what are you doing?" I hear Gwen whisper to me. "oh ye-yeah , friends of mine made me this flyer" max says "I would love to invite you but the guest list is full" he says ,"oh got it" I say with a big smile. I start to hear the news talking about spider man "you know spider man saved my life, out of all the people in the city he saved me" max says. I hear the elevator doors open. Gwen leaves almost immediately. "well this is my stop, happy birthday max" I say while exiting the elevator

time skip
"hey baby" I hear Peter say over the phone, " hey Peter , I've missed you" I say, all happy now that I'm talking to him "okay two things, have you eaten yet?" Peter asks , "yess" I lie"cmon don't lie to me now" he says ,"okay I haven't , what was the other thing?" I ask. "well remember our old friend harry Osborn, well his father recently died, so if you want to come we can go check up on him" Peter says, "oh my sweet Peter, I would love to come, meet you in 3" I say then hanging up

at harrys house

"jeez talk about a big house" I say, while we're waiting for harry to come down the stairs. "Mia jones and Peter Parker, it like seeing a ghost" harry says, "hey harry" Peter says ."Jesus you grew, and you ,Mia  how beautiful you've gotten" harry says ,"thanks harry" I say ." I heard about your dad, we wanted to come to see you and make sure you were okay"Peter says, "I'm-- I'm with some people, I'm in a meeting " harry says. "I'm sorry , I know exactly what you're going through right now" Peter says. I hold his hand." well its good to see you man, sorry about your dad" Peter says, as we're about to open the door harry says something ,"you got your braces off".  "nows theres nothing to distract your unibrow " harry says. we all chuckle

a few moments later

after talking some more and getting to catch up , I look down to my phone and see a messages from my mother  telling me to come home for dinner. "hey i'm really sorry but I have to go". I say."its nice see you again harry , bye Peter" I say while giving harry a hug and Peter a kiss.

(Peters pov)

" so you and Mia" harry says with a smirk "yeah" I say with a nervous chuckle "she works for you now" I say ,"really? good to know" he says
