(mia pov)

I was sitting at my desk when a lady I've seen around come up to me and say" hey ms, jones i'm Felicia hardy I work for mister Osborn and he has requested to see you" "yeah just let me grab my stuff" I say smiling at her. 

a few minutes later 

" okay im ready now" I say ," perfect, just this way" she says nicely. we make our way into the elevators and we go to the top floor. I start to get nervous that maybe he found out what I did on that computer. what if he fires me, I start to panic.

" where her ms, Jones" she says ,I thank her and exit out the elevator. I fix myself up a little and head to harry office. once i'm there I walk in. "hey harry, you called me?" I say nervously ,"oh my sweet Mia" he say, coming close to me and all I can smell is liquor, he grabs my face with his hand ,"ouch, harry your hurting me" I say with pain. "I have a deal, I have found out that there are many serums my father made . and i've decided that you should be my first client and if you say no-- than ill kill Peter" he says with an evil smirk on his face ,"okay -- ill do it but you have to promise me you wont hurt Peter" I say. "I pinky promise, but first we have to stop somewhere" he says.

time skip 

harry pulled me into his Car and we started driving to god knows where. i knew I messed but I can't let anything happen to Peter. " we're  here" he says snapping me out of my thought's. I look out the window to see a lab. he grabs my hand and pulls me into the lab, " what are we doing here harry?" I ask ,slightly annoyed.  "you'll see" he say. we have to go through security but it wasn't that hard. soon we enter a room with a big tank. harry starts pushing some buttons and I see max all tied up.

(third person pov)

"psst" harry attempts to wake up Max. after a few tries he wakes up " hey i'm going to get you out of here but we done have much time" harry reassures max,

 "who are you guys?" max asks 

"i'm harry Osborn and that's ?Mia jones , I wanna make a deal with you " harry says while Mia is  standing in the back with her arms crossed . It got quiet for a second, "I should kill you" max says "oh cmon-- think bigger max" harry says a little disappointed "i'm not the one you want , you want spider man, and I can give him too you , but I need something first , I need you to get me into oscorp"harry says

"get you in, you own it " max says with a grunt. harry chuckles, "yeah oscorp betrayed us two, so we can't get in there without you and you can't get out without me" harry says. 

"deal" max says soon there's cops coming in and grab both harry and Mia. after a minute of this going on ,max electrocutes he cops. Mia looks up and screams seeing that the cops are dead. both Mia and harry look up to see max start to form again. harry has a grin on his face while Mia's face has gone pale out of fear of what's gonna happen next. soon one of the doctor wakes up and tries to run away. but max grabs him and put him in the cage, he once was in. all Mia could hear was the poor doctor screams.

" you wanna be my friend?" max asks, " I thought we where already  friends" harry say getting closer to max but  gets shocked. he steps back in pain, "I had a friend once, it didn't work out" max says. "yeah me two" harry says ,"then let's go Catch this spider man" max says. 

time skip 

the three made it to oscorp and as max was destroying the system , Mia and harry made their way upstairs. one of the guards went to warn the main man, but is soon killed by max whose name Is now electro. "remember me?" electro says, with a new costume. the man gets up from his desk ,max shoots the desk and it goes flying, cracking a window.
