To say that my question caught her off guard would be an understatement of the year! Her expressions changed with seconds; shocked, hurt, happy, sad, disappointed, hurt and God knows what.
For a moment even I got scared that she might be suffering from seizure!
Then she looked at the dining hall and as if on que, I held her waist before she could even dart to the other room.
"Don't! Please don't leave me unanswered", I breathed on her lips as I closed the distance between us.
I pulled her waist and closed any distance between us.
I don't know why but I was getting attracted to her more and more with the time. She became very important to me. She was acting like an aphrodisiac for me which was increasing the want in me for her.
"I know you haven't confessed it ever but I know you I know my Brownie I know how much she cares for me, loves me and wants to be with me, I whispered into her ears as I increased the proximity between us.
"Ryan", she breathed on my neck. The skin on my neck pricked instantly and goosebumps started to form. The hair on the back of my neck got alert.
Fuck!!!!
Why was she having such an effect on me!!!!!
I'm supposed to love and be with Savvy!!!!
Why am I dreaming of being with her??????
While I was busy thinking about all these thing, she pushed me away from her, catching me completely off guard.
"What kind of dirty game are you playing with me?????", she yelled. "Are you seducing me into staying here???", she spat.
Her words cut me deep... deep enough to wound the parts of my heart I didn't know existed.
"You think the world revolves around you? You think every girl will drop at your feet? Isn't Savvy enough for you that you're here trying to get back with me?" she said and I staggered backwards. "And to answer your question, how does it even matter whether I love you or not? You love her anyways, isn't it? The kiss that you planted on her lips yesterday proves that well!", she whimpered.
By the time she relaxed, she was sobbing. I wanted to hug her, to hold her in my arms and tell her that all that she said, all that she thinks matters to me more than anything. Because right now, she was my priority!
And she will always be!
I just don't know how to tell her!
"Brownie please let m...", I was stopped mid-sentence.
"I don't go by that name anymore! The early you understand, the better!", she turned around to leave but stopped. She stepped back to face me and pointed a finger at me. "And this baby, which is in me, which has been nurtured by me, which has been taken care of by me, belongs to none other than me, with that said, she turned on her heels and left the room.

I was laying in my bed. It was past midnight but I still couldn't get her words out of my mind. They kept replaying as if to tell me that whatever I had gained a few weeks back, had been lost again.
And guess what who's responsible for it?
The Great Ryan William!!!!!!!!!
Can't even blame Savvy for it because after all, I had filled it all in her mind about not getting married to her because of Brownie, or should I say 'Jennifer' as she wants me to call her?
Savvy came up to me, telling me to shift back with her but something felt odd. I wasn't able to move out of this room and shift into hers.
The whole time she kept persisting me while I just gave her silly excuses. I had too much my plate to handle a whining lady. After a lot of arguments, I obliged and went with her but my things were still the same room. I didn't bother to shift them back.
Savvy hugged me tight and slept. Soon, I could hear her normal heartbeat which meant she was fast asleep. Cautiously, I moved her over and removed her hand from my chest. Slowly, I walked out of the room and in to the library.
I took a stroll around the area as I was unable to sleep. I searched through some of the books that were there so that I could concentrate on my work. I pulled out a book, however, another one fell along with it. I picked it up and turned it around only to find that it was the same book that Brownie wanted to read the other day.
Immediately, a smile came on my face and I knew what I had to do. I rushed upstairs to my room, wore a nice t-shirt and sweats. Hurriedly, I grabbed my car keys and left the mansion.

Soon enough, I was standing outside the William Mansion. The security knew me well so no one tried to stop me. I went inside and was greeted with silence. Now the most difficult task was to find the right room.
I went upstairs and checked the first room. I opened the door to the room and found it empty.
Fail!
I went over to the next room and turned around the knob. It was locked.
Has to be Harry's and Arnie's room!
Finally, I went inside the last room on the floor only to find it empty. By now I had a feeling in my heart that maybe, she was staying at her parents for the night.
Just when I was about to turn around and leave, I heard gargle sounds from the washroom. I froze there instantly as my face lit up!
...
She's here!!!!!
I quickly went over to the washroom and saw the door ajar.
I peeked inside only to be horrified by the scene!!!
