Narrator's pov
Many nights were spent awake as two beings showered him in their so called love. Even if he could fall asleep they would just follow them.
Making the once sweet dreams nightmares in mere moments. The things they did were indescribable, ranging from minor to major.
Y/n's pov
My eyes cracked open to see the two nightmares holding me as their tails held one of my legs each. I groaned which woke up passive night asking what's wrong.
I didn't respond and closed my eyes only for the other nightmare to graze his fangs over my neck.
"Come on, what's wrong?"
I gulped and stayed quiet as nightmares breath fanned my neck.
"I want them back. I want my parents and friends back, I just want to go home."
Passive night sighed before nuzzling his head against my neck as nightmare spoke again.
"We did this for you, to protect you, and you think that you can just leave? We love you, and you don't understand that. And-"
He was cut off by passive night telling him to calm down.
Tears began to well and they noticed and laid back down onto me. They brushed away the tears whispering sweet nothings in my ears before I fell asleep.
