CHAPTER 3

It has been about two weeks since my birthday and I have been so happy that I haven't been able to stop smiling. I turned my head and looked at the letter that said that Mr. Stark paid for me to get top surgery. I looked at my calendar and saw that today is August 24th which means that in one month and one day away from getting my top surgery. "Maddy sweetie are you awake?" I heard May ask "I am awake May just looking at the date." I replied to her. I heard her laugh and walk away. I got up and dressed and walked to the kitchen and ate some cereal and brushed my teeth and ran outside to catch the bus. After I got on the bus and was tripped "Watch where you're going Parker." I sat down beside Mj. "Hey Dork, how was your birthday?" Mj asked me I looked at her and smiled "It was amazing Mama Spider got me a bunch of different bras, Mr. Captain America got a really pretty dress, Wanda and Vision got me a red leather jacket that matches Wanda and Mr. Bucky got me a new laptop. But the best gift was from Mr. Stark And Mrs. Stark, They paid for my top surgery Mj." I told her about the gifts she didn't know about she saw the painting from May. "They did?" Mj asked with wide eyes, I nodded and she gave me a hug. Soon we got to school and we went our separate ways until after lunch when we had English together. We were about halfway into the lesson when we all heard popping sounds. I looked at Mj, "Mads are those what I think they are?" She asked and I nodded my head and said "Gun shots." I looked at our teacher and said to Mr. Harrington, ''Those are gun shots we need to take cover." He looked at me and nodded and we locked the door and shut the blinds. "Mj hand me my bag." She handed it to me and I put on the glasses Mr. Stark gave me "Friday?" I asked the AI "Yes Maddy?" "Uh, I think there were shots fired inside my school. Can you do a scan and reveal how many people are in the school?" There are three different people armed with M4 machine guns and a handgun each, should I contact Mr. Stark?" She asked me, "No, not yet I might be able to handle it." I looked in my bag and found my web shooters and put them on and then I quietly snuck out of the room and put my mask on and jumped to the ceiling and then I saw one the guys he was wearing a ski mask and had the rifle up to his face, I quickly webbed the gun away and punched him into a wall and webbed him up and knocked him out and took off my mask before anyone saw me. I continued to sneak around looking for the other two guys when I saw one with His gun pointed at my other friend Ned "We know his brat goes here now where is the child of Tony Stark?! The man shouted and Ned, being scared, couldn't respond. I quickly webbed the guy to the wall face first and ran over to Ned, "You good dude?" I asked him he nodded still scared when I heard footsteps running towards me. I got ready to fire more webs but it turned out to be Mj."What are you doing Mj?' I asked her, "I came to help you." She replied "Mj I really truly..." I trailed off and then suddenly I pushed Mj to the ground BANG BANG two shots rang out and I covered Mj and Ned and felt the bullets enter into my left leg and right shoulder "Friday Contact MR. Stark now please." I asked and I felt two bullets enter my body and I fell over.

(Tony's pov)

"Boss Maddy asked me to contact you. She has been shot and the gunman is closing in on her and her two friends." I jumped outta my chair "Avengers suit up school shooting involving Maddy." We all got ready and I took off flying to Midtown Tech and crashed through the ceiling and saw something I never want to see again. There laying face down on top of her two best friends was my daughter with blood pooling around her as her friends cried and tried to stop the blood. "Ahh Tony Stark, the man I have been waiting for." I looked at the man and shot him with my repulsor and watched as he flew into the wall and as he got back up and amed his handgun at the three children an arrow embedded itself in his leg and he screamed. Suddenly Steve came in and saw Maddy and said to me "Stark go we'll take care of everything here she needs the hospital." I nodded and picked up Maddy and took off flying to the hospital calling May on the way there "What is it Tony?" She asked as she answered the phone "Maddy...she's been shot."
