"Hey Percy, you won't believe what I found about the prophecy and our dreams! It's truly facinating. Come on, I can't wait to tell you!" I heard the moment I stepped foot into the cabin.
She understands the confusing prophecy this fast?! Why am I even surprised, she is my Wise Girl, she can always discover stuff in an incredible speed. As I sat down beside her, she began talking imediately.
"Ok perce, listen here. The first line in the prophecy states that something will happen when the moon glows blue. I think it is a litteral fact but you can never be sure when it comes with prophecies. Anyways here is the most entralling part. In the dream the boy's name was Drako Caligo and the girl's name was Aurora Ignis. Well in latin, caligo means mist and ignis means fire. So I think that was what the prophecy was talking about. Maybe the people we were dreaming abo ut are going to appear and they are not controled by the Fates?! Now I really wonder who they are, I mean like no one is powerful enough to not be in the grasp of destiny itself. No gods heck even primordial can do that. Ughhhh, I hate not knowing!!!" Annabeth ranted.
I think she was getting distracted by ADHD, so I very CAREFULLY told her that she should go back to the topic of the prophecy. Holy Hera! She acually didn't yell, judo-flip or even hit me on the head for interrupting her! What's happening in the world, there is definitely something fishy going on... Ok, she started talking again, better listen.
"Then, the prophecy started being very similar to the one we had during the 2nd titanomachy. What I understand so far is that Aurora and Drako needs to make a important choice that would either save or destroy the world. The entire prophecy was based on them so I think all we can do now is to wait for them to be found and convince them to make the choice that would save the world."
Woah, she literally just analyzed the entire prophecy in just a short time! I'm so lucky to have her as my girlfriend. Dam, I just realized something... This is the first prophecy starting from the first one I heard that wasn't about me or Annie. Did the Fates finally start to have some mercy on us?
"So thats all I know until now. I'll go to Athena's library tomorrow to see if I can find something more useful. Remember to not tell anyone else until we find more information and clues to why we were the ones having the dream. Night seeweed brain."
I kissed her one last time and walked out heading straight to my cabin. As I got on my bed, I prayed to both Hypnos and Morpheous, hoping for a sleep without nightmares. Though I seriously doubted they will grant me any mercy.
