We been dating for 5 months now, I can't believe that me & Rainbow made it to our 5th anniversary. She literally makes me happy in so many ways. I know she feels the same way back too, I love this girl. I started working at the movie theater because I haven't had a job in a decade. I been kinda saving up for me & Rainbow moving in together. I remember when I told Rainbow about getting this job, she helped me through the whole thing. It was nerve wracking, but her by my side worked out fine between her giving me tips on what to say even what not to say. I been working there for about a month, I love working at the movie theater.

My co-workers are the best too, plus the customers aren't rude. Which I don't work that many hours, I work 10 hours 8 AM to 6 PM.  I get paid 10 dollars a hour, so basically everyday Im working I'm making 100 dollars per day. I don't mind, at least I have money on the side for myself, I finally brought a phone so I couldn't mess with June Bugs phone anymore. 30 minutes before I got off my shift, I saw my ex, yes my ex. I can't believe I saw my ex who cheated on me, told me I was finna be a father, then it turned out it was a white man's baby. If I didn't describe what my ex looked like, she is melon. The woman has beautiful dark skin that's so soft & sweet. She's thick a little, always has her hair in braids, & her style is classic with stylish added to it.

I know I'm probably wrong for talking about her because I'm dating Rainbow, but I had to give a description. It was crazy to see her again, I didn't know what to say. It was so got damn awkward to be honest, but I had to say something. She was coming back to refill her popcorn again, I was there as we both made strong eye contact. I looked away at first once she asked for a refill in a way she didn't engaged with me either. It was strictly me being a server & her being a guest at a local movie theater. After 45 minutes past, I was off of work. As I was coming out the breakroom with my bag. I bumped into my ex & AGAIN IT WAS  AWKWARD ASS HELL!!!

Andre: Hey, my bad. Sorry I bumped into you mam.

Teresa: It's ok

We both looked at each other strangely.

Andre: T

Teresa: Dre

We both kept looking at each other once  some kid fell. We both started laughing as she talked first about us eating across the street at Denny.

Teresa: Uh, you want to go talk? Im going to Denny across the street alone.

Andre: Uuummm, yeah, of course.

We both walked across the street to Denny as we sat down ordering our food.

Waiter: What do you want to eat? Plus Drinks?

Teresa: I will have burgers & fries with a spirit.

Waiter: Ok, & you sir?

Andre: Uuummm, Chicken Tenders with fries plus a chocolate shake.

Waiter: Alright your stuff will be out soon. Thank you

Andre & Teresa: Thank you.

They both looked again at each other laughing.

Teresa: Crazy to still see you drinking shakes with chicken tenders

Andre: Crazy to still see you with spirit. You love your spirit I remembered you had a gallon of that in the fridge at your house.

Teresa: Yup

Andre: yup

It got silent again between them as Teresa makes it not awkward again.

Teresa: Again with all this awkwardness, how have you been?

Andre: I'm good & you?

Teresa: Just tried being a single mother, being a mom is tough.
