My generals are good but I knew my army needed to be good as well as even by WW1 standards my army was weak so to help even my odds I began mass army modernization which gained me economic help specfically for that from the German Reich and Hungary who are my only allies in this world. I then sent one of my fully modernized amries turned it into mountanieers and attacked Ethiopia which fell as my modernized army plan was not revealed to the public so they quickly gained huge losses but I stopped and waited for more reinforcements while my allies congraulated me for finally modernizing me army but I explained to them that I wasn't completley modernized and only stopped my offensive to recover that army and to wait for more armies to help crush Ethiopia as they are very weakened from the offensive but it doens't mean they are down yet so after 3 months the reifnrocements arrived with my armies then deciding to end the Ethiopians so we then activated the treaty of Rome.

- All of Italians horn of Africa becomes Italian Horn (Italian dominion)
