German Reich pov
The Dual alliance has been increasing their influence in South America which I did not care for but they began attempts of influencing the African members of the AXIS. So I decided to announce the start of the Cold war as neither side wanted a world war as the Italians are weakened, my German army is strong but the Soviets have been growing stronger, the British plus Free France have been improving their armies and economy, and the US has the strongest infantry army in the world with the Soviets having the biggest infantry army in the world. This made war with either side not a good idea as my side had the top 4 biggest navies aside from number 1 and 2 largest navies, the Italians have a strong army plus a strong economy, Imperial Japan has a completely modernized army after 5 years of WW2 ending, all African vassals have reached WW1 technology alongside fully industralized lands, all Chinese vassals are industralized, my colonies are strong and are ready to hold if they have too. This is why neither side has not declared war yet there is so much tension that it is equivilant to the tension before WW1 had occured.
Italy pov
My economy has grown strong thanks to my puppets and my colony giving me more strength to help control my puppets as Algeria had a independence movement which was ended thanks to the Italian and Algerian army as the Algerian movements did cause around 50,000 casulties.
