You'll know that you started to not feel okay again when you can't do anything you usually do. When a normal day becomes a dark and exhausting day. When you feel like you just want to stay in bed and feel the emptiness of the room. When you feel tired even without doing anything.
However, you know that you'll be okay someday. Maybe not now and not sooner, but when the time comes, you'll be able to do what you usually do again, begin your day with a smile, go outside for a walk, a simple talk with friends.
We all have bad times, you see. One day, you'll feel like quitting, and then the other day, you'll feel motivated. Everything is just right and okay. What you feel and think is okay. Every feeling and emotion you have right now is valid. Keep it up, you have a long journey ahead of you.
