Chapter 1

POV of Young Estelia Madrigal

I was with Mirabel and Abuela as we were sitting on Mirabel's bed as Abuela talked about the story about the Magical Candle. That she had received in a dark time when she had received Tia Pepa, Mama and Tio Bruno. The night that Abuelo Pedro had passed away protecting her and their friends. Then Casita showed that it was time for the door ceremony and so Mirabel was 1st and I was nervous for her.

But when I saw her come down upset it made me confused and mama upset and everyone looked at me. I was to scared to move then Isabel walked over to me and she held my hand as we walked over to my door. When I saw it my heart was beating and I stopped where I was and Isabel saw that and Luisa came up to me and said, "Hermana, si necesitas que Isabel y yo nos quedemos contigo. Lo haremos." I nodded and they smiled.

We got to my door and I was to nervous to touch it now that my twin doesn't have a door. Isa and Lu were beside me nodded to me which gave me the confidence and I touched the door and nothing happen. My door was here then I saw that Tia's Pepa's plant needed water and so I went to go grab some water. But water came out of the pond into my hand and everyone gasped and so I walked to the plant and dropped the water.

Then a grownup was bout to fall and so I push my arm and the ground rose up and came the adult. Then saw a women shaking and so twirled my hand and engulfed her in warmth but the roses were falling and rose my hand up and it went back to its place. Everyone watched me and saw my door and it had Wind, Rocks, Water, and Fire. That's when Luisa said, "She has the gift of Elements." Everyone cheered and I smiled as everyone came into my room and it was incredible and I saw a water slide. Tornado's and a bonfire and I was in awe about my room.

POV Abuela Madrigal

My plan is set. Isabel and Estelia will be the golden children and I will find them a suitor for them. I looked at Mirabel in disappointment and Looked at Julietta and her husband and said, "Mirabel is to stay in the nursery and will be known as the non-special. She has no use to me. Estelia and Isabel will be my main concern for they have powers that will help our town most."

They looked at me and nodded as I walked to my room and saw Luisa and Isabel helping Este getting her things from the nursery to her new room which is surprisingly between Luisa and Isabel.

POV Young Estelia Madrigal

After grabbing the rest of my things I saw Mirabel sitting on her bed watching me get my things and so I said, "Mirabel, lamento que no hayas conseguido una puerta. Pero al menos tendrás tu propia habitación como querías." I went to my room and saw Dolores listening to the wall and so I said, "Dolores? Are you alright?" She looked at me and squeaked as she walked off and I looked at her weirdly.

After going to my room and to my bed I needed to fall asleep and so I went to my bed and it was a stone bed frame and a water bed with a warm blanket but wind blocking sound. I fell right to sleep.
