"So, Principal Nezu has instructed to inform you guys that the winter formal is the Friday after winter break since last year everyone complained they didn't have enough time and blah blah blah. You're dismissed." Aizawa yawned,
the sun was going down fast and the days were becoming shorter, it was beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Deku could hear students stampeding down the halls, of course they were. It was the Friday before winter break,
As Deku wandered down the halls, he thought of who he might bring to the winter formal. He obviously wouldn't have a real date, after all, he didn't have a real love interest. In the corner of Deku's eye, he saw Iida running after him.
"Midoriya! Would you like to come over to my dorm and do homework?" Iida proposed, pushing up his glasses.
"Correct, but I found all the future math sheets in the storage closet and decided to spend winter break productively." He proclaimed proudly. Deku sighed light heartedly and smiled.
"Well actually I was hoping to spend some alone time, thinking about who I'd bring to the winter formal!" He admitted, as much as he appreciated Iida's efforts to keep his grades up, Deku did not wanting to spend his break time doing schoolwork. Iida acknowledged this.
"Well, if you change my mind, I'll be in my dorm." Iida speed-walked away and toward the dorms.
Deku continued walking down the hall and quickly went through who he could bring to the winter formal, Mina? No, she'd be going with Denki probably. Maybe he could ask Todoroki? nah, he'd probably say dances are overrated and just not go.
He thought a bit more, who else is there? His mind skimmed over all his friends but he knew they were going to go with someone else, or just straight out not come. Well if everyone else wouldn't go with him, who else is there?
Not Mina, not Todoroki, not Ochako, not Denki, not Tsui, Iida would be studying. That only leaves... Bakugo?
Yeah! I could go with Bakugo, n-not romantically of course. Just as friends! Right? He thought silently, muttering to himself. His feet automatically took him to Bakugo's dorm, in a second he was there.
