You get a chance to be a member of Smosh, but start to fall for a certain someone. There's complications, love triangles, but we all know who y/n ends up with in the end :)
This is a wlw story!!
I was beyond excited for my first day at smosh!! and to see everyone again! i knew i wasn't actually gonna be in a video today which really relieved me.
I thought about my outfit for a long time, and i finally decided on this

i thought it was so cute!! I had to be at the smosh office at 11, so i left at 10:30, giving myself 10 extra minutes to get there. this was really important to me so i knew i had to be there on time.
I listened to tame impala and mac demarco on my way there. I got there and took a few deep breaths, then walked inside. There was someone at the front desk who called for Garrett to come show me around.
"Hey y/n, it's great to see you again. First i can just kinda show you around the whole office and you can meet some of the crew."
"Sounds good!" We walked around and ran into Ian, where we had a short conversation.
"So, right now everyone's shooting a main channel video, we can hop in and you can see what it's like. And then later they'll be shooting a pit video, which we'd also love to have you stay and watch."
"Cool! Thanks for letting me have a day to ease into everything and get a feel for it."
"Of course. we don't want you to just have to jump into it all." We went to where they were filming. "So just remember for the main channel you have to be pretty quiet while you're watching it." He opened the door to the set and we slipped in. Right now Damien and Shane were doing a scene, and Courtney and Kimmy were off to the side. Courtney saw us walk in. She walked over with a stride in her step. She hugged me. It was nice to have an immediate friend there.
"Hey," she whispered as we hugged.
"Hey," i said back. We didn't say anything else, just watched Shayne and Damien. They were so funny. It was cool seeing Shayne act. It was a whole new side to him that i hadn't seen. in person, anyway. They finished up their scene and there was a short break in between shooting the next scene. Shayne almost just walked right past me. I almost didn't say anything.
"Hey Shayne," i said nonchalantly.
"Oh, y/n! I'm so sorry i didn't even see you." I noticed he didn't hug me hello like he usually seems to do. His mind was probably just in a different place. "When did you get here?"
"You're fine. I got here like...15 minutes ago."
"Nice! Hey, I have to go get ready for the next scene, but i'll catch up with you in a bit." He said, kinda in a hurry. He put his hand on my arm as he was leaving.
"Okay, see you later." Courtney had to get ready for the next scene too so I didn't really have anyone to talk to. Garrett was telling me that lunch was around 1 so I could hang out with everyone then.

Garrett brought me to the kitchen during lunch and so far just Shayne and Noah were there.
