about a girl who dies in 2020 and is reincarnated to her past life. only difference is that she remembers her previous life. she finds out that she was married off to a cruel monster who is also the King of beasts. while trying to find her way home...
The sound of a carriage's wheels woke Heather up. The day was bright and the light hurt her timid jet black eyes. Many thoughts clouded her mind. Wasn'tshe in an accident earlier? Wasshedead? Ormaybeitwasallabaddream? She had so many unanswered questions which frustrated her.
Finally opening her eyes wider, she took in her surrounding but nothing seemed familiar. The figure in front of her shuffled and she wondered how it got there. However she could not ponder on the thought, interrupted by a sweet feminine voice.
"Good afternoon, your Majesty? How was your sleep? You must be uncomfortable but don't you worry, we will be back at the castle very soon."
"Where the hell am I?"Heather asked not meaning to sound rude but it came out otherwise. Closing her eyes she focused on her breathing, an exercise that always helped her relax. Once she was calm she looked around and one thing caught her attention, the strange dress the woman was wearing. She was going to laugh when she noticed she was wearing something similar.
"And what the heck am I wearing?"she inquired almost on the verge of tears.
The woman looked confused and startled by Heather's question but still answered the girl with a smile.
"We are currently on our way to the castle my Lady and you are wearing your wedding gown. You did just get married some hours ago."
"Look if this is one of those Internet pranks then stop it. Tell me how I got here and how to leave." Heather stated doing everything possible not to lose her temper.
"Forgive me but I do not quite understand what you are talking about my Queen. Is something the matter?"the woman asked in all sincerity and fear.
It seemed she was telling the truth. Thenext question was what was Heather going to do now?Howwasshegoing to get home?Thelast thing she remembered was theaccident. Was she dead or insome kind of coma? She composed her thoughts quickly and asked the woman who she was.
"I am the Head maid in the castle my Queen. You may call me Laurna." Soshe was QueenbutQueenofwhat. Andwherethehellwasherhusbandifshe was justfromgettingmarried?
"Where is my husband?" Heather asked the smiling woman. "His Highness had some work to do and won't be back for a week or two, my Queen."she answered still smiling.
"Call me............"she paused not knowing how she was addressed here. "What is my name?" Heather asked trying very hard to be composed. The woman looked at her with shock but again quickly averted her eyes and smiled.
"Your name was Princess Aurora but you got married to the King of Metoadore,King Xerxes. You are now Queen Aurora of Metoadore."
Heather nodded her head in understanding, thankful that the woman had let out more then a one word answer.
"Yes. You may call me Aurora. I don't like all these formalities." Heather said giving a toothy grin to the woman whose face had paled.
"Pardon me my Lady but I don't think I can do that. If I am heard I could be greatly punished."the woman answered bowing her head fiercely.
"OK, OK,call me Aurora when we are alone then." Heather said.
The woman with much convincing agreed. The ride went on and her and the woman got along very well. She even managed to get some gossip about the King out of her.
Apparently he was the beast king but that wasn't even her major concern. She was stuck in a world full of blood sucking monsters like werewolves, vampires, witches, demons, goblins and trolls etc. The Lord help her, she prayed.
They reached the castle by dusk. The castle was a tall building kind of like the ones that make you dizzy when you stare at them.

She was dumbstruck, the beautiful outlines the old blocks that formed the castle. It all looked vintage.

The inside was even more glamorous with lit chandeliers in every passage way that Heather couldn't help but stare at them with her mouth open. This was going to be one hell of a coma.
