Meta-Power: Singing Soul (If anyone, and I mean, ANYONE (Deity, etc.), Sings any form of Tune, Whispers even ONE Lyric, plays a SINGLE Song, Hums, or Whistles a SINGLE Tune, they AUTOMATICALLY Die, and their Souls is Given to him for him to keep) (The Souls he collects Amplifies his Physical Prowess, Healing Factor, and Meta-Power Multiplier by 2x) (He can also summon their Monsters/Demons in any form he Likes from the Souls he collects, like the Physical Manifestations of their deepest Fears/Demons)
Halloween Chorus is a Member of the Team known as "The Purgatory". He collects Souls of ANYONE Who Sings (Ability breakdown at his Meta-Power description). He became Monster Chorus after One of the Celestials grew Jealous of some of the Level's singing talent, and Created Monster Chorus to eradicate them from existence. One of the Celestials fond out about his plan, to not just Eradicate the Levels, but also Kill the Celestials with his Level and take over so that he can redo the Universe and start over to the way that HE wanted it to, and Exiled him from the Celestials (Cheetah Mobile btw). Because of this, he grew more and more Angry and Vengeful, so much that He created "The Purgatory" to COUNTER and DESTROY ALL ROLLING SKY LEVELS, so that HE HIMSELF can rebuild and reshape the Rolling Sky Universe to his liking.
