Rebuilding

You opened your eyes and see that casita with the last of its strength was able to protect you and Mer you got up and walked over to her and saw that the miracle candle had burnt out and the flame was no longer there. You saw she was crying you wrap your arms around her in the sort of side hug to try and comfort her. You heard people calling your and Mers names Mirabel's mother (I don't remember her name but she was a very supportive mother) found us she started making sure we were all okay asking questions when Camilo appeared out of thin air and just ran up to you and hugged you.

"Hi Camilo" you sobbed "why did you do that it was to dangerous" "you did it to". He gave a dry laugh. He helped you up and brought you to the front of the collapsed house where your aunt and uncle were anxiously waiting for your arrival well talking to Pepa and Felix. "OH Y/N" your aunt screamed as she ran over to you and hugged you. "ARE YOU OK ARE YOU HURT" Your uncle yelled as he also ran over but didn't hug you like your aunt. You assured them that you're okay there were about to drag you home when you heard people yelling Mers name. "Oh no" you said under your breath you tried to get out of your uncles grasp as you wanted to help look for Mer. "Y/n you don't have to you have done enough" you look to the side to see who said that and it was Camilo. He grabs your hand and gives it in affectionate squeeze. You brought your head closer to him and did something you wanted to do for awhile you kissed him.

"I'll see you around" you say getting getting in front of your aunt and uncle and walking home.

Narrator's pov
For Camilo it felt like time stopped his face was all red and his thoughts were blank that was until pepa came along and started fan Girling. " OMG YOU ARE SO CUTE TOGETHER WE NEED TO PLAN A WEDDING AHHHHHH". Then Felix came along "I think that you planing a little far ahead pepa" "sorry sorry I'm just so happy for my boy" she said it look like she was starting to tear up. "Mama your over reacting."

Time skip because I'm gay-

It was the next day and you decided that you were gonna go out and help look for Mer they still haven't found her and you are starting to get worried. You look up at the destroyed house and was looking for Camilo when suddenly you where standing right in front of pepa "your looking for Camilo aren't you" she points towards the forest " last time I saw him he was looking mer in there. I thanked her and just as I was about to walk into the forest a horse that on its back had Bruno Abuela and mer.

Time skip because I can't concentrate

You were hugging Camilo on the side watching as a Mirabel walk towards the newly built house all the villages had helped out to get a new foundation as the magical family helped them so many times. As she put the door knob on the door the house started glowing you gasp as the house starts going to back what it used to look like except the front door is bigger and shows all the members of the family Mirabel at the front in the middle smiling. Everybody walks inside to see that everybody's doors are glowing again the gifts are back. You turn to Camilo to see him shape shifting into you. You laughed as he happily jumps around turning into multiple people. In his happiness he grabs you and kisses you you two part and join in on all the partying everybody is doing you wished that that night never ended you had everything you wanted

But everything has to come to an end
