Roommates(Wilbur X y/n)

Chapter 1

A while ago your roommate moved out. You put out an advertisement with your number on it and sat back, waiting for the phone to ring. Finally it rung, and it rung, and it rung again. For a week it seemed like all you did was answer phone calls. Eventually you took down the ad. Thinking that with all the people who called, you could find someone. Over time, potential roommates came to look at the house. It seemed like there was always a problem. As if they all needed something better. No one wanted to move in. A week after all of the house showings, your phone rings. "Hello?" You say through a sigh. "Um- hi, is this y/n?" The person on the other line asks you. "Oh- uh- yes! How may I help you?" You sit up in your seat. "My friend sent me a picture of your advert a while back. Recently I went to look myself, but it was taken down. I've been looking for a place to stay temporarily while I scan the market for a different house. The rent of my current place went up really high and it's kind of ridiculous so I'm trying to find a better place as soon as I can. I've always wanted to try having a roommate so I figured I'll give it a go. Is the offer still on by any chance?" You hear the nervousness in that last sentence. "Actually, it is! When would you be willing to come check out the house and talk business?" While talking you pace around your room on edge. "Umm, I'm free tomorrow actually! Wait- sorry, is that too early?" He says, scrambling his words. You look around your messy room, "N-no that's fine! How does 3:00pm tomorrow sound?" There's a minute of silence before he breaks it. "I'll see you then! If you could just message me the address then I'll be there. I'm Will by the way." "Alright Will, I should get going now but I'll message you as soon as I hang up. See you tomorrow!" You say, trying not to sound in a hurry. He says goodbye and you hang up before sending him the address. After that you stick your phone in your pocket and start to clean up the house. This is gonna be a long day.
