The next day you wake yourself up by rolling off of your bed and onto the floor. You sit up and rub your head. After climbing back onto your bed, you pick up your phone. "WilburSoot is live!" This notification shocks you as its way too early for him to be streaming. Then you notice something, it's 5:00pm. You had slept half of the day away. "Ugh," you groan under your breath. Drowsily, you stumble over to your computer and pull up Wilbur's stream. "So chat", he says whenever you join, "I'm sure you all have noticed my background is back to normal." As he says this, you sink into your chair. "I moved! So I'll be streaming in my office again from now on." His words make you reminisce on his time here. When you finally stop spacing out, he is about to end the stream. "Before I end stream, I'm gonna be reading out subs for a minute or so. Go ahead and subscribe right now if you were planning on it." This makes you remember that your subscription has indeed ran out. You drag your mouse across the screen and subscribe for 5 more months. A few minutes later, Wilbur sees your sub. "Thank you y-" he hesitates and frowns a bit, "Thank you y/n for the 5months sub..." You look at chat and a few messages catch your eye. "THE y/n??", "Hi y/n!! We love you!!", and "Do you still live with y/n?" You smile sadly and look back up at Wilbur to see him looking off to the side. "Bye chat", he looks at the camera and waves before ending the stream. Later in the day, you look at your phone and see a bunch of messages from different people. All of them were variations of, "Did Wilbur move out??" One message sticks out.. a text from Wilbur that says "Hey y/n". Without thinking, you throw your phone onto the floor. As soon as you realize what you did, you jump up and pick it up. There's a huge crack down the middle of it. You fall backwards onto your bed and start to sob. Not just because of your phone, but because of everything. You can't help but think that you're overreacting and that it's not a big deal. If it's not, it certainly was a big deal to you. That's all that mattered in the moment.
