Chapter 1: Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui

After you, your friends, and Kyojuro briefly celebrated your victory against two Twelve Kizukis, two Kakushi came to aid you all and the civilians. They had a quick check on everyone including Kyojuro and were relieved to see none of you have fatally injuries because of your Blood Demon Art.

The two Kakushi and more then escorted each of you back to the Butterfly Mansion to gain energy back after the intense battle. You decided to walk by yourself as you didn't lose stamina from the battle.

Kyojuro's crow, Kaname flew to his master's mansion before he met with Senjuro Rengoku, Kyojuro's younger brother who was sweeping the front door. Kaname landed on the ground before reporting everything to Senjuro.

Senjuro's eyes widened as he almost had a heart attack after hearing an Upper-Rank attack. But upon hearing that his older brother survived and was saved because of the new Hashira or as he heard everyone called 'A Half Demon', he sighed deeply in relief and wished to thank that Hashira in gratitude.

After Kagaya's crow reported and flew away from his hand, his face looked down in deep thought. "I see. (Y/N) let an Upper Rank escape?" Amane and their daughter looked at Kagaya as his face looked up again.

At Iwawado Book Store, a young boy named Toshikuni opened the door before entering it. He had pale skin and black, silky smooth, neatly combed black hair. He was wearing a plain white button-up shirt, black cargo shorts with long tube socks that reached below his knees, and brown loafers. The librarian looked up to see him before looking back at the book in his hands.

Toshikuni climbed the stairs before grabbing the thick green book and heading back home. He walked back alone on the street, gaining a boy's attention along the way with his mother. Toshikuni kept walking until the sight of a big mansion came. The mansion he was living in with his adoptive parents.

Toshikuni's adoptive parents were having a friendly meeting with their friends. "My, he certainly seems like a bright young child."

"Seriously... Not being blessed with my own offspring had made me despondent... but now that such a fine boy has come to us, I can rest easy. Each day is so blissful. I couldn't be happier. He's such a kind little kid. So considerate toward the help. I've never seen a child his age who was so gentle-mannered. Blood has nothing to do with parental affection."

"I'm going to have that boy take over my business for me!" Her husband expressed his thoughts with tea in his hand.

"I really envy you! I wish I could trade our idiot son for him!" Everyone began to laugh at his joke.

"We're also looking for his big sister right now. She's working away from the city ever since their parents died and didn't come back for a while. We're hoping that she will join our family, so she and Toshikuni won't have to suffer anymore."

"What is her name? Maybe we can go look or hear it before."
