As much as Tommy loved Wil he wasn't as comfortable around him as he was with techno. Wilbur is 6 foot with brunette hair that was cut a with sorta bangs, and brown eyes. He was a nice person, he just wasn't like techno he would do a lot for Tommy but Tommy couldn't relate to him like he could techno. Wilbur hugs weren't like techno's. He loved Wil there so many qualities he lacked. And Wil loved Tommy but he didn't check up on Tommy often and didn't really talk to him, he was normally caught up in his work. Wilbur worked with Schlatt at Schlatt & co. So he was really busy all the time. Tubbo is Schlatt's biological son but he left tubbo when he was really young so Tommy and him don't get along to well. (Cause Tommy and Tubbo are best friends.)

But Tommy had to be nice to Schlatt cause he is Wilbur's boss. But if it was up to Tommy he would cuss Schlatt out cause of what he did. But he hasn't YET. Tommy wished tubbo lived in the UK but he lives with his mother dearest. Wilbur hung out with Schlatt quite a bit. Tommy didn't like that cause Schlatt was an alcoholic and did quite a few bad things while he's drunk. But that doesn't stop Wil from hanging out with Schlatt mostly cause all they do together is drink, but Wil has never done anything bad while he was drunk. Wil's fun when he's drunk he makes jokes but Schlatt is entirely different.
