DISCOVERING BLOOD MAGIC WAS PERHAPS THE GREATEST THING TALIA YOUNG EVERY DID. By the age of 14, she had tried spirit magic and traditional magic and found them to be yes, rather potent, but lacking a quality she had yet to determine.
When she came across a grimoire in her aunt's basement with an unknown sigil, she was immediately intrigued. Little did she know it would lead her down the potent path to blood magic and all its glorious power...

TALIA YOUNG HATED VAMPIRES. She especially hated vampires who used her without any regard for her feelings. Perhaps that's why she hated all of them since they all seemed to be the same. It was definitely why she hated Damon Salvatore, and sometimes, actually most times, she hated Stefan too.
When Elijah Mikaelson came to town claiming to be of noble character, she didn't really like him either, and it did not take a genius to know that when push comes to shove, he'd do anything for his brother and just use them all as he saw fit. Talia had hoped he was different, and she was stupid enough to let him fool her.
Klaus Mikaelson wasn't any better (and somehow he was better despite threatening to kill her sisters in 37 different ways), but at least he was transparent in using her. But she was helpless. What is a teenage witch against a thousand-year-old original hybrid who happens to be one of many originals and willing to do anything to get what he wants?
But now, he's crossed a line, and hell hath no fury like a witch scorned.
