Armin's pov

So I was sitting at the beach with Eren and my new friend Marco we were talking until

Eren said pointing near the beach "hey Armin is that who I think that is"

I looked over and saw an old friend Jean we haven't seen him for 6 months

I waved to him and called out for him he waved back and ran towards us that's when Marco's body Language changed from very calm to extremely uncomfortable, he looked down on his side, his facial expressions changed, forehead wrinkled up, eyes wide and his bottom lip was out a bit, than he tucked his knees in a bit, he was definitely nervous

Jean exclaimed "Yeager, Arlert did you two replace me already"

Marco stuttered "no, no, no, i-its not l-l-like that all"

He quickly look at his phone for 1.2 seconds than said uncomfortably "ya know what something came up and I have to go, sorry"

Jean said in a calming matter "hey man I didn't even get your name"

Marco said very quickly "Names Marco, see ya"

Grabbed his stuff and took off

Jean said in like a typical fuck boy manner "well he bit jittery was he always like that"

I said "well we only have been friends for almost a week, he is a new kid, Mikasa was the first to find him and she said that he was extremely nervous he barley spoke to her until she introduced us to him and he spoke to us a little bit"

Eren said in a small voice "well it's probably the new kid anxiety talking"

Jean nodded and said "ya know what, understandable, maybe we should just let him take his time"

Marco's pov

I am currently in my room scared shitless, all the stories that I heard of Jean just scared me honestly, I felt very intimated by just being in my presence

I hope Eren and Armin exaggerated those stories about Jean, just thinking about him makes me weak on my knees and gets my heart racing it's just he scares me so much... I just hope he is here for the day
