Luckily for you, you slept through your nap peacefully without any interruptions. The next morning you wake up to a text from Jean. You reply in no time, frantic to make conversation with the boy you hadn't seen in a few days.

Jean
Hey

You
Hi

The message was read in less than a minute later. Barely a second later your phone lights up with a call from him. You answer, only showing the top of your messy bed hair on the camera.

"Good morning," his voice is slightly muffled by the pillow he was sleeping on. "Good morning back to you," you smile but he can't see it. J

"Jeez It's dark in your room," he sits up, enough for you to see his eyes and hair. "Just how I like it," you respond. You stay on the phone for a few minutes talking about nothing other than morning plans.

In the middle of the call you get a call from Hitch. "I'll call you later. My friend is calling me," you wave your fingers in front of the camera. He says his goodbyes and you click the green button in the corner of your screen.

She immediately ask if you want to go out for Hibachi later with a few of her friends.

She said it was fine to invite Pieck and so you asked her. You and Pieck accepted her invitation and she let you know around the time she would be there to pick you up. They got a reservation for 6, so it would be best to be ready by 5:30.

It wasn't the way you envisioned to spend your Saturday, but you missed Hitch, and hadn't talked to her in a while. Plus, you wanted to meet these new friends of hers, and maybe even hear about what happened with Marlo.

By 5:30 you were finishing up your hair, and completely dressed with a decent amount of makeup. You didn't want to go overboard and stand out through the group.

From what Hitch told you, the hibachi place she reserved was definitely on the higher end. An ankle length silk dress and a pair of square toe heels felt the best route to go for the occasion. Not too much, just fancy enough to convince someone you married a real estate worker.

You fix a few of your baby hairs to complete the look and admire yourself in the bathroom mirror. "Cute enough to take a picture," you whisper aloud as you grab your phone from the counter beside you.

You snap as many pictures as you can, getting them from different angles to have more options in case a few came out bad. After all, you barely went out on weekends, or dressed up in that case. You could barely recognize your glammed up self in the reflection.

A text from Hitch enters your screen, indicating that she was downstairs.

"Hitch is downstairs!" you shout to Pieck in the living room. She was wearing a black dress similar to yours except it was knee length and the straps connected around her neck.

You rushed to grab your purse that holds your wallet and extra make up. Certain that you have everything, both of you leave the dorm and head down to the parking lot.

It was easy to spot your best friends pearly white car with all the times you'd been in it back in high school. Your parents had offered to buy you one back then, but you wanted to wait till you were financially stable enough to pay the car note yourself.

As much as you did want a vehicle for yourself, you had a habit of investing into the future.

You tip toe over to Hitch's car door and carefully begin to get in. "Hey," you smile deeply as you sit down and close the door behind yourself.
