“Wake up sleepy head!” I hear Judy shout in my ear. I grunt and push her hands away from me.
“Five more minutes” I complain. I need more sleep. But I have a feeling I know what she’s about to say.
“You know very well there is no time to stay asleep. We have a meeting to go to.” She scolds. She would always come to get me up on mornings I had meetings with the other club leaders.  I remember when she’s arrive at my house three hours early to make sure I had everything and looked good.
“Please no! I just want more sleep!” I screech “Isn’t there more time? You always got up early on the days I had meetings” I sit up and brush through my hair with my fingers.
“Only like an hour” she starts staring straight at me but soon continues, “I heard you had a little bit of food, well from what you said while sleeping” She smiles at me.
“I said that?” I ask shocked by what she claims I said.
“Yes! It’s not very nice to pretend like you emptied all of the food and still leave some in your bag, is it?” She answers me as she grabs the bag I used to store food in.
I sigh and shake my head, “I suppose not, gimme that” I snatch my bag out of her hands and take out a box of cookies. “These were bound to go bad soon anyway.” I ramble on.
“Oooh! My favorite! How much more do you got? Or what else do you have?” She asks pulling one of the cookies out of the container quickly. I sigh and pull out the rest of the food, which wasn’t much but consisted of small snacks like fruit snacks, “You had all of this?”
I sigh, “Yes, I did ok?” I bite the inside of my lip and look down. I clench my fist and grab my normal bag and pull out my hairbrush.
“Don’t feel bad! I mean it wasn’t the best thing to do but-” she starts but I cut her off,
“Don’t Judy, it’s too late now, just stop” Why was I so selfish? Why did I have to be like this? I brush my hair and hold the hairbrush out to Judy.
“What?” She asks so I answer her,
“Brush your hair, it’s strange seeing you without it in tip-top shape.” She grabs it out of my hands and hugs me. I stand up and make my way to the door.
I grab the door handle and try to push it open. It doesn’t budge. What the? Why isn’t it opening? Maybe I’m just not pushing hard enough! Yeah, I’ll just try pushing it harder. Yeah! Then if it doesn’t open I’l ask Judy to help. I grab the handle and keep pushing it. “Judy?”
“Yeah?” I look over at her and answer with,
“The door isn’t opening- Like I made sure to keep trying but it won’t budge.”  She stands up and makes her way over.
“What do you mean? I didn’t lock the door,” she says, as she moves my hand and tries opening the door. I’m surprised the lock still works. But I should look for something to see if we can get the door open, or at least see what is in the way so we can get help, or try.  Pulling away from the door as Judy fiddles with it,
I look around the room for anything that’ll help. I walk around the room, fiddling with the old desks. There is only dust on these desks. Jeez-. Wait, what is this? I grab ahold of the thing that I felt in one of the old, dusty desks. I pull out a triangle-shaped ruler. This may help.
“Judy move I have an idea,” I tell her. The look on her face says, ‘What idea do you have now?’ but all I do is smile at her. I put the ruler in between the door crack and move the ruler around.  Come on-! I feel something on the other side leaning against the door. I keep pushing the ruler at the object and soon enough, a loud BANG! Fills my ears.
“What was that?” Judy asks as she looks over at me. I grab the door handle and open the door. A large wooden board is laying on the floor. Who put this here? And most importantly, why?  Pulling the door open a tad bit more I grab the wood and put it on my back.
“Where are you going?” Judy asks as I start walking away.
“I’m going to put this downstairs, so no one does this again, I don’t care what kinda sick prank this is,” I answer her and shake my head. All I hear is a sigh from her as I walk toward the stairs.
“Y/n!” I hear someone call out to me so I turn my head. Low and behold, Zion was running behind me.
“Yes, Zion?” I ask, “This board isn’t gonna get downstairs by itself”
“Jeez I was just gonna ask if you need help, it looks heavy,” He says, which irritated me more than it did when he stopped me from continuing. The board is heavy, but I can carry it.
“Well if you want to help hurry it up I’m about to fall down the stairs idiot” I exclaim with the irritation lacing my voice.
“Whatever” Zion replies as he hurries over to me.  I fake smile to mask my emotions.  He grabs the board, “So where are we taking this?”
I end up telling him where to put it and when he goes I leave. Why? Well, for one I was irritated and two I was not having his snarky attitude.  Pushing the door to 1-C open, I see Eugene, Lawrence, and Judy sitting at desks. It was still a while until the meeting, but I still stayed in the room.
Hours pass by and now I’m looking around the perimeter of the school for anything, but I find nothing. I had been teamed up with Jay but when I look for him he’s gone. Now, where did he go? He was just by the shed! I hope nothing happened to him. I’m gonna look for him.
