you pulled yourself out of bed and wandered downstairs its no surprise that Husk was awake he only slept when he was asked to do something but he looked like he was waiting for someone you "hey Husk.." Husk turned to you slowly he grumbled and turned around to start making a drink "Im still waiting on that fuckin two-bit floozy to get here so I can close up making me wait all night long.." Husk trailed off slowly
"Might as well make ya something so you can sleep it won't take much yer a lightweight anyway" you would be offended if it wasn't true but why not fire back "yeah well not everybody can be alcoholics" you joked his eyes lifted from your glass as he finished pouring your drink "what can I say practice makes perfect" he jeered back you smiled and picked up your drink "It's sweet that you wait for Angel" you chuckled leaning against the bar he crouched under the bar probably to get another bottle for himself
"I know what yer saying and hell no" your smirk deepened "hmm? I was just saying you two must be great friends" he leached out from under the bar to look at you "absolutely not-"
"I'm getting a feeling that you don't joke around much?" you prodded, as you leaned back taking the first swig of drink "Im getting the feeling you don't sleep much?" he struck back taking a drink you nearly choked on your drink "hey Husky I'm back" the front door creaked shut and angels lanky figure danced out of the mudroom "2 hours past curfew, Angel" Husk deadpans angel laughs nervously "really? it's that late" husk pointed to the clock above the bar angel chuckled again "heh no kidding.."
"anyway... um whassup, guys?"
