Sonic Colors: Rise of the Wisps

A young fox was sitting next to Sonic dozing off. She was on a planet with Sonic, Tails, his translator, and a couple of aliens. It was around noon which was when her sleeping disorder kicked in which was why she was falling asleep. Tails were talking to some nearby wisps.

"It's ok, little guys. That happens a lot, so it's normal. She should walk up soon. All we have to do is wait. In the meantime, I could use my translator to see what you're saying."

"While you're doing that, I'm going to look around for a bit,"  Sonic said as he puts the sleeping fox in a better place to rest and zooms off

"Don't mind him. Anyway, let me see if this translator is working. Ok guys, try to say something."

Kelsey dreamed of Sonic as she slept.

Tails looks at Kelsey for a bit and then turned back to the wisps, translating what they're saying. The Wisps made their usual alien noises. Kelsey snored lightly as Tails' ear twitched lightly. "She seems to be in really deep sleep right now... I wonder how long it would take for her to wake up..." Tails sees something in the translator and gasps. "I have to show Sonic this!" Kelsey fell into a deeper sleep. "I wonder if Kelsey is ok..." Tails said. Suddenly Sonic comes running back shouting "I'm back!". Kelsey snored lightly. "She's still asleep? Sonic asked.

"Yeah... Though I'm worried about her."

"I'm sure she'll wake up soon, Tails. Anyway, have you found out anything about what's wrong with these wisps?"

"Yeah, this Jayde wisp found by Yacker, says that a big man with a mustache and two henchmen captured all of his friends and took their Hyper go on energy in a machine."

Sonic growls. "Eggman..."

Yacker landed on Sonic's head. "Nice too see you too, Yacker."

"Anyway... " Tails said as he continues reading the translator. "And whenever any wisps tried to escape, he would recapture them and then give an evil laugh every time he shoves one into the machine like this: hehehe... HOHOHO!!!" Sonic snickers. "Tch. Wow..."

"Excuse me?"

Kelsey hugged Sonic in her sleep. "Huh?" Sonic looks at Tails. Tails only shrug. Sonic continued, "Anyway,.. sorry, I was like, into the story, and then that Eggman impression took me right out of it."

"Okay then, would you like to read Eggman's lines?"

'What? No, no, no. I mean if you insist." Sonic clears his throat. "I've been practicing you know. Ho ho ho ho hoo! You see? Once each of these alien drainers is filled to the brim, I'll have enough energy to power a whole army of my stupid machines!"

"Uh..."

"Of course, I'd have more if you hadn't dropped so many capsules, but I guess that's the most I can expect from the garbage I invent!"

"Uh. Sonic?"

"Sonic!? Where!? Dohhh, he's gonna kick my butt!"

Yacker tried to slap Sonic to his senses.

"Ow!"

Tails sigh in slight frustration. "Sonic. Would you like to stop ad-libbing, please? Just read what the translator says."

"Well, the direct translation was a little dry, ok?"

Yacker takes away the translator from Sonic. 

"I'm just spicin' it up."

Kelsey slowly opened her eyes and yawned. Sonic and Tails turned to see her. "Morning, sleeping beauty!" Sonic exclaimed. Tails smack Sonic. "Ignore him. You ok?" Kelsey nodded stretching.
