-Tommy: Why can't I stay with you two?
-Technoblade: He must know that you are here, this is not a safe place for you Tommy

Tommy goes to his house to take everything he can carry, Tubbo is helping him to carry the things, Philza and Technoblade are full netherite armor to be safe if anything happens.
