Zeldris x Demon!Reader fluffy angst

It has been a few years after the second holy war ended , an event better left forgotten. Now , Meliodas and Elizabeth are ruling Liones whilst Zeldris has become the Demon King causing him to spend less time you due to his many errands. He has proposed many times for you to join him in the Demon Realm as Demon Queen which you refused , as you wanted to spend time with the rest of the Seven Deadly Sins.

However , you promised to visit him in the Demon Realm a few months back, which resulted into some.. chaos. You both haven't spoken to each other since the visit and distracted yourself with drinking. Broken bottles of Vanya Ale and various alcohols littered your room. Other than continuously raided Meliodas' alcohol collection , you were isolating yourself in your room to drown your sorrows.

Just as you were about to take a swig of Gloucester Black Wine , the door was slammed wide open and grabbed an empty bottle before hitting it on the top of your head..

"BAD Y/N! Bad Y/N! Why did you raid half of my alcohol storage only to drink it by YOURSELF!"

You glanced up from the bottle to see a fuming Meliodas glaring at you. You were about to reply until he continued ,

" Do you even know what day it is? When was the last time you left your room?"

"U-hhh-h , Meli-i-io-da-a-asssss scold Y/N day-"

"No , its New Year's Eve and Zeldris is here! I only told you to look after the Boar Hat while I left for an expedition to Camelot and this is what I return to?!"

" Z-zz-ze-zel-zzzel?"

"Yes , Zeldris is here! In fact he's downstairs waiting for you."

"Rw-W-w-h-y-yy?"

Before he could respond you had fainted from the excessive amount of alcohol in your body.

You woke up from your slumber as you heard Zeldris' voice,

"Hey N/N. I know you cant hear me right now but I'm sorry for what I said back in the Demon Realm about your friends. I shouldn't be in control on who you can be friends with and who can't. I just hope you can forgive me , darling."

After you had the strength to open your eyes you replied ,

" Of course I forgive you. In fact , I'm the stupid one for ruining your day dealing with me. Cud-"

"OII N/N! Is it true you drank half of the alcohol in Boar Hat like Captain said?"

Ban yelled from the ground floor.

Continuous murmurs began from the same floor as Ban continued asking about the alcohol. However , you ignored it and asked why there were so many people in Boar Hat to which he answered,

"A lot of people , it is New Year's Eve after all."
