The house felt familiar yet alien at the same time. Like Yoon Jae's office in Alice's Labyrinth, his house gave off a feeling of a being a workplace but also a living space. The haphazardly stacked books, movie scripts, manuscripts and thick book binders were strewn about the place. Having stayed in Alice's Labyrinth for a while, Yoohan can actually distinguish now the order in the disorder. After the initial feeling of surprise of Jae telling him to come here, he did not dwell too much in moving in. Coming here felt inevitable for Yoohan. Somehow, for him, he knew they were heading this way and being with Jae like this, was a natural progression in their relationship.

To be honest though, although he had resigned himself to this relationship, there was still a part of Yoohan that resisted with having somebody else invade his personal bubble. For him, living this close meant sharing his self, his being and he had a feeling Jae would want everything he could take. And Yoohan did not trust himself not to give everything at this point. He had been an automaton for such a long time and as a result, he was not able to develop any close relationships. And he was okay with that... until now, everything just seemed to overflow in him. Because a certain psychopath had relentlessly knocked his walls down and had doggedly prevented him from rebuilding them, Yoohan now stood in Jae's living room. As he looked around, he wondered if he can feel a hundred percent comfortable here. He worried that he did not have enough confidence to invade the very being of Yoon Jae. It felt so new to be this greedy about someone.

"Should I have your statue made? You look good standing there. I'll have to have a stand in for when you're not here."

"The fu-" Yoohan's brows were furrowed in annoyance. He did not notice the arrival of Jae and because of that, his heart almost jumped out of his body when Jae spoke. He took a couple of calming breaths then threw a sharp look at Jae, who stood leaning on the wall by the doorway. "At least make some noise, don't just sneak up on people."

Jae nonchalantly shrugged and continued to study Yoohan silently. If Yoohan had to describe Jae's gaze, then it would have to be a determined look. Uncomfortable with the growing silence Yoohan just had to ask. "What?"

"If you touch a piece in chess , whether its yours or your opponent's, you have to play that piece.

Yoohan was at a loss, why is this madman talking about board games all of a sudden. He can't help but stare blankly. He was more confused when Jae sighed loudly then started to advance to him. Yoohan involuntarily stepped back as the tall, lean frame towered in front of him.

"What are you-" Yoohan was not prepared for the tight hug, and "tight" was an understatement. Jae's body enveloped him completely. Jae's arm circled his waist and his big hands rested on his hip while the other splayed over the back of his shoulder blade. It felt stifling since his face was buried in Jae's broad chest. He tried to struggle at first but the tall frame did not budge. Jae shifted to mold Yoohan's body to his own. It seemed as if even air couldn't come between them. "Uh, you do know you can't absorb me into your body, right?"

Yoohan felt the sound vibrations pierce through him as Jae chuckled. "No, of course not. I don't want that. We need this to separate us." Jae gazed down at him, his hand that gripped the back of his shoulder moved to his nape. "Your skin, this tells me that you are here... real." Jae's hand slid slowly to his cheek. "This way, I can feel you."

Yoohan felt his cheek's warming as he held the serious eyes that seemed to look into his soul. "How can you say these things with a straight face."

Another chuckle, "If I don't say these things to you then who should I say it to?"

A frown formed on Yoohan's forehead as he thought this through. Did he want Jae to say such vomit- inducing things to another person? Letting this psychopath spout corny stuff out into the world may become dangerous. He would be more familiar and sort of used to this mad man now, so he better take one for the team. That's right, it would be just like doing public service to contain this type of craziness through him.
