Jimin had a feeling, a weird one. The one that makes your heartbeat faster and makes you sweat a little with fear. He had no idea why. Or maybe he did. Maybe it was just the crowd around him or an unfamiliar place or maybe the way Taehyung stared at him, a little hesitant.

As if he had something to say, as if he wanted to approach the other and say something but was scared. He was briefly reminded of the younger smiling at him before when the meet began, but he brushed it off. Not wanting to dwell on the thought of it and not wanting to entertain Taehyung's childish behaviour anymore.

He was done. Even though he never said it out loud, he was over it. He couldn't really find the guts to spit it to the said male, but he no longer cared. Or that'swhat he thought.

He didn't want to think about the guy he almost lost his mind over. And not in a good way. He had never felt so loved before, before he met Taehyung. Taehyung was intrusive, irritating, nosy, clingy, over protective, pushy, and everything Jimin hated in a human being. He was weird. But the it didnt take efforts for Jimin to realise how their personalities matched so well.

The were a right match in all the wrong ways, which was a bit alarming but he liked it. They were polar opposites and that made them unique. It was like, they almost hated being next to each othet but couldn't help but stay close, thats exactly how the friendship had started.

Taehyung would just mindlessly cling and drag the other while Jimin being his sweet and kind self, never opposed or complained.. until he got used to the feeling. The feeling of oversharing and over loving.

Being with Taehyung gave him confidence, something he lacked. He was in a different world, when Taehyung came along. He opened up which brought out his fealess side. Having someone to support you brings out the best in you, he thought and lived by it.

Even when he realised he was gay, it didn't take him long to realise his choices and preferences were a little different which often left him scared. He was timid and shy to begin with, but now that he found himself looking at the world in his different way, was way more scary. He couldn't say it out loud. He just couldn't.

Internet helped. Like it always does. To everyone. His curious mind lead him to places and people who had similar likings and choices to him, and it made him happy. Happy enough to accept himself and talk it out to someone.

He found himself sitting next to a classmate he never thought he would ever engage with. A quite boy that seemed to suddenly isolate himself from everyone which at first seemed suspicious, but as Jimin got close found out how he had decided to ghost the people around him for having double standards and acting fake; which really did make sense.

'Some relationships are better left alone when they start to suffocate you.' were the exact words Jihoon used and Jimin couldn't help but agree. Spending extra hours talking about what you feel and what you think and playing video games with Jihoon was extensively noticed by Taehyung. He didn't know what suddenly made his Jiminie befriend a new person but he too tagged along.

Even when he knew he was not invited, he could feel some gossips and secrets being shared between the two that kept bugging his head, how the two would just change topics and quite down when he arrives. He certainly did question Jimin on his odd behaviour but didn't push much.

Things even got to a point where Taehyung's place in Jimin's life was threatened, or so he claimed but Jimin just laughed it out and ruffled his hair calling him silly.

Two months into these interaction and Taehyung received a call at odd hour of the night, Jimin asking him to pick him up off a place far from the town. Taehyung who was 16 at that time, had to beg his cousin for his motorbike knowing all buses weren't going to start until 6 in the morning and taxi was too expensive.

That was the first time Taehyung had seen Jimin the way he did, half drunk and half on some other drug he didnt have any idea about. Jimin besude him in a glittery shiny shirt which looked like a crop top and Taehyung could swear it didn't belong to Jimin as he knew every single article in the boy's closet.

Jimin sat there holding hands with another guy who listened to him talk about how he could see flowers and butterflies in the room full of disco lights, the other blonde guy nodding along agreeing to him. It took some time for Taehyung to realise how Jimin was almost about to kiss the other guy in the spur of the moment, which he gladly interrupted.

Snatching his little friend and glaring at the other guy who backed away thinking the other might be the cute guy's boyfriend. That night Jimin kept saying a lot of shit that made no sense to human brain, wrong use of words and wrong grammar weren't the only things that were out of the odd.

The fact that Jimin kept repeating the previous guy at the little club looked hot, again and again.. made everything more weird. Jimin wasn't one to compliment strangers like that or in the way. Something felt out of the box until Jimin's next words made it more suspicious.

"I could fuck him anyday. Hell forget that, i would fuck you any day too."

Jimin giggled and went back to explain how he can see fish swimming in the sky which he too found crazy and how Taehyung the best and how he told the guy Taehyung would come right away when he called. Smiling his famous eye smile, Jimin grabbed Taehyung's face telling him he was his best buddy before planting a soft kiss on the other's lips.

To Jimin's dismay, he remembers that. And he was sure Taehyung did too. The next day though, no one mentioned anything and that's how Jimin's first kiss just disappeared into the thin memories of the night. Even if a mistake, Jimin had meant it, wished it to happen. And it did, maybe hus sober self couldn't do it. But it did happen.

It wouldn't take a genius to figure out how Jimin looked at the younger, its just how hard headed Taehyung was. He couldn't see it, maybe he didn't want to see it. Jimin was clearly high on something he didn't know and did something he won't remember later, that's how the story ended in Taehyung's head.
